We have heard about it, but none of us have any knowledge of what to do to create that environment.Some teachers have digitized their lessons and students access the LMS in their classrooms.No teachers have incorporated Blended Learning to get students to Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Blended LearningWhat is that?

Be flexible and ready to make adjustments.Course goals and objectives should guide the design.Keep it simple.Time management is key.Use a pacing guide.Collaborate with experienced blended instructors.Provide ongoing feedback and be available.Provide contact information and post office hours.Formative assessments are critical.

Choose an LMS that all stakeholders know.Select your standards and design your course.Find multiple resources and create accessible materials for all stakeholders.Use a rubric to guide you in your content creation.Be creative!Get feedback from all stakeholders.Create a syllabus.
