Forensic Planning and Claims
• Claims are essentially built on “As Built” compared with “Baseline” or Contract Programs.
• Claims can be generated at any point of time depending on the circumstances giving rise to claims.
• Analysis of claims in the light of Planning or program once the project has been completed is known as Forensic Planning.
• Tracking or comparing the Baseline vs. Actual Programs helps the Forensic Planning process so it is important that program files be archived in a methodical manner.
