  • Vaporizer VR-01 LPGCharacteristics:

    • Four stages (diaphragms), three pressure drops.This provides consistent behavior throughout varying inlet pressures and working conditions.

    • Pneumatic feedback outlet flow control. Stage two is a liaison device; it operates on the feedback of pressure in stage four, fuel demand / supply. It provides consistent and smooth fuel outlet flow.

    • Regulated adjustable pilot and idle port pressure. Provides fine tuning for accurate balance andcontrol, stable idle, prompt acceleration and sensitive closed-loop control .

    • Positive pressure idle fuel flow. To prevent stalling on long deceleration, caused by air ram pressure from the fresh air snorkel.

    • Positive pressure Idle Fuel Control (tapered screw)To adjust priming fuel at key ON for prompt engine start.

    • Efficient heat Exchanger, in two stages. LP fuel is preheated inside a heat conductive tube, immerged in the vaporizer water jacket, on its way to stage one inlet. Stage one and two have a turbulent path efficient heat exchanger.

    • Integrated thermostatic coolant flow control, Option. For applications requiring fuel temperature control. Prevents over-heating the fuel at low engine loads.

    • Counterweight-balanced mechanical movement. For neutrality to shock, vehicle acceleration,turning and braking forces. This feature also allows easy mounting in any orientation, for betterutilization of space in modern vehicle engine compartments.

    • Re-seating Over-pressure Relief. Built onto stage one diaphragm fastening, it will discharge gas when stage one pressure exceeds 1.5 times its standard working pressure.

    • Sealed over-pressure Relief venting. This is ported into stage four to induce rich idle, for early detection of abnormal working pressure and to prevent gas discharge in the engine compartment.

    • Fuel flow Lock-off solenoid. Normally closed, prevents uncontrolled fuel discharge.

    Options: • Bi-directional outlet port. In the open port configuration, the outlet can be mounted on the front or

    on the side of the device.• Fuel flow manual tuning valve, integrated. Allows remote electronic tuning. Reduces costs and the

    number of gas hose junctions.• Fuel flow digital control, integrated. Ready for plug ‘n play with Mogas fuel management systems

    TermieTM is a Mogas’ proprietary Scanner, similar to a computer work station, it gives access to Mogas’ smart electronic devices like EcolexTM, SelexIITM and others for monitoring, setting and choosing options from preprogrammed arrays of functions.

  • SelexIVTM Fuel selector and indicatorSelexIVTM is a compact and economical electronic fuel selector and indicator for LPG or CNG in two versions, one for fuel injection, with three selection modes, the other for carburetted engines, with four selection modes. It has five LEDs, one Red and four Green, and a three positions tog-gle switch. SelexIVTM provides functions, options and display as follows: Functions & • Options: Electronic fuel shut-off “ESO”and alternative fuel adjustable priming, a lock-off solenoid

    control safety switch function, it monitors the engine pulse (ignition or injector), and will shut the power to the gas solenoid OFF whenever the engine pulse stops. When the ignition key is first turned ON, gas will flow to prime the fuel line between the pressure regulator and the mixer.

    • Duration setting, this also sets when the gas solenoid is turned off, after the engine stops. Automatic fuel selection

    • Setting the low fuel point at which to switch to gasoline for continued engine operation. Display dimming:

    • Display is normally bright, but it will dimm down when head lights are on, if the wire for this function is connected to the head lights circuit.

    Important notes: The fuel indicator reflects fuel tank pressure or level, therefore the content in equivalent liters or

    gallons and or Km or miles before the engine is out of fuel, is unique for each tank volume and engine fuel consumption combination. Further more, a fuel tank is never completely emptied while in normal use. Therefore the indicator, is just that!

    The device does not need a scanner for set-up or service. It is supplied preset for carburetted engines or fuel injected engines. Options can be reset by the service technician, who will have access to the device manual, by the use of a tiny (jeweler) screw driver.

    SelexII™ Fuel selector and indicatorSelexIITM is an electronic fuel selector and indicator for CNG, for fuel injection and carburetted engines. It can be wired and calibrated to display CNG fuel tank content on conventional original instrument (dash) panel fuel indicators or it can be set to display CNG fuel content on a TermieTM (blue). TermieTM has a three digits display, two fuel in-use indicators LEDs, green and red, and three keys (buttons). TermieTM (red) allows the technician access as following:
