were married on Sept. 11, 2010, at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church in Wis-consin Rapids. The Rev. Al Wierzba performed the 1 p.m. ceremony.

The bride’s parents are Ronald and Linda Nelson of Wisconsin Rapids. Parents of the groom are James and Sandra Reblin of Fond du Lac.

Sam Eckes was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Becky Ingebrigsten, Elizabeth Armagost, Michelle Peterson and Heather Nelson.

Zack Reblin was best man. Grooms-men were Dustin Gessert, Dan Lutter, Ryan Bobholz and Adam Nelson.

Dale Ingebrigsten and Brett Lythjo-han served as ushers.

A reception was held at the Elizabeth Inn in Plover.The bride is employed by the Wisconsin Rapids School District.The groom is employed by the city of Wisconsin Rapids.They reside in Wisconsin Rapids.

McGrath-ErtoganErin Colleen McGrath and Mehmet Can Ertogan were married on Oct. 16, 2010,

at Ankara Palace in Ankara, Turkey. A Turkish state offi cial performed the cer-emony.

The bride’s parents are Robert and Cheryl McGrath of the town of Rome. Par-ents of the groom are Fatma Zerrin Sumer of Ankara, Turkey; Fuson Ertogan of Istanbul, Turkey; and the late Mehmet Akif Ertogan.

Molly McGrath was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Gunes Ertan, Sarah Tylka, Ina Solms-Baruth, Ipek Arseven, Arzu Ertogan and Derin Inan.

Lily McColloch was fl ower girl.Umut Elestekin was best man. Groomsmen were Utku Vargi, Deniz Dogancay,

Alper Tugsuz, Ali Sumer and Dogan Guler.Mehmet Cemal Sumer and Gunes Ertan were witnesses.A reception will be held in Wisconsin in the summer of 2011.The couple took their wedding trip to Istanbul, Turkey, and Bali, Indonesia.They reside in Ankara, Turkey.The bride is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bache-

lor’s degree in business administration and a graduate of Central European Uni-versity of Budapest, Hungary, with a master’s degree in public policy. She is ABD in the doctoral program of the Graduate School of International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh and is also a research fellow at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.

The groom, a graduate of Middle Eastern Technical University’s Mechanical Engineering Program in Ankara, Turkey, is employed as a technical account manager with Microsoft. He is also the founding member and guitarist for the band Oturma in Istanbul, Turkey.

Gerlach-HarmelStephanie Gerlach and Brad Harmel

were married on Aug. 21, 2010, at their home in Tomah. Judge Tom Flock per-formed the ceremony.

The bride’s parents are Doug and Deb Gerlach of Wisconsin Rapids. Par-ents of the groom are Gerald Harmel of Tomah and Jeanette Harmel of India-napolis.

The bride earned an associate degree from Mid-State Technical College and is employed as an admitting coordina-tor by Tomah Memorial Hospital.

The groom is employed by Crystal Creek Cranberry.

They reside in Tomah.

were married on Oct. 2, 2010, at St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Wisconsin Rapids. The Rev. William Menzel per-formed the ceremony. Karen Baneck and Pam Ross provided music.

The bride’s parents are Allan and Barbara Viste of Black River Falls. Par-ents of the groom are Steve and Chris-tine Hiles of Pittsville.

Michelle Viste was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Gotz and Melissa Schuh. Carrisa Westfall was personal attendant.

Aaron Wallace was best man. Groomsmen were Curtiss Lindner and Ben Abshere.

Tom Knepprath and Ryan Brandt served as ushers.The couple will take their wedding trip to Aruba.They reside in Wisconsin Rapids.The bride, a 2004 graduate of Carroll College, is a medical technologist for

Riverview Hospital Laboratory.The groom is pursuing a degree in resource management at the University of

Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Schneider-MurphyJamie Schneider and Sean Murphy

were married on Aug. 21, 2010, at The Ridges Banquet Center in Wisconsin Rapids.

The bride’s parents are Jim and Gerri Schneider of Cable and Dave and Kate Heineck of Port Edwards. Parents of the groom are Jerry and Kathy Mur-phy of Wisconsin Rapids.

Kacie Schneider was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kristi Busscher, Molly Lawry, Heather Erickson, Jes-sie Haase and Aryn Scheffl er. Lindsey Heineck was personal attendant.

Denny Arendt was best man. Groomsmen were Joe Kubis, Mike Lisitza, Derek Matykowski, Curt Smits

and Matt Schneider.Tyler Heineck served as usher.The bride is a registered nurse at Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital.The groom is a fi refi ghter/paramedic for the city of Wisconsin Rapids.They reside in Wisconsin Rapids.

She is currently working asan IT Consultant for Accenture. Alex is a 2004graduate of Wisconsin Rapids High School. Hereceived a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences fromMarquette University in 2008. He is currentlyin his third year of medical school at CreightonUniversity.

The couple currently lives in Omaha, Nebraskaand is planning a December honeymoon to Spainand Italy.

Knipple-GisslenAmy Knipple and Tate Gisslen, both

of Cincinnati, are engaged to be mar-ried.

She is the daughter of John and Mary Ritchay Jr. of Nekoosa and the late Tom Knipple. His parents are Robert and Barbara Launderville of Maple Grove, Minn., and the late Paul Gisslen.

The bride-to-be earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Univer-sity of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She is a pharmacist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

Her fi ance completed a bachelor’s degree in political science from North-

western University in Chicago and a Doctor of Medicine degree and his resi-dency in pediatrics at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He is completing a fellowship in neonatology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

A Sept. 17, 2011, wedding is planned.

Koeshall-MoleskiKristin Koeshall and Michael Moles-

ki, both of New Hope, Minn., are en-gaged to be married.

She is the daughter of Kevin and Carla Koeshall of Wisconsin Rapids. His parents are Jon Harper and Tess Moleski of Crystal, Minn.

The bride-to-be is employed by Cari-bou Coffee.

Her fi ance, a graduate of the Univer-sity of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, is em-ployed by Wells Fargo.

A May 29, 2011, wedding is planned.

Lindsay and Kevin Reimer were married on August28th, 2010 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Parish, inWisconsin Rapids. The Rev. Bill Menzel performed theceremony.

Maid of Honor was Samantha Luedtke and the BestMan was Tim Reimer. The flower girl was TaylorReimer, and the ring bearer was Nathan Reimer.Bridesmaids were Catie Peters, Amanda Reimer andDeena Reimer. Groomsmen were Billy Lobner, JasonReimer and Guy Lobner. Ushers were Matt Haley andGregory Schanen.

The couple surprised the congregation with ameaningful song they performed together during themarriage ceremony that included voice and pianoaccompaniment.

The newlyweds released a group of monarch butterfliesto seal their wedding vows.

At the reception, the bride and groom entertained their guests with a specialchoreographed first dance, as well as a surprise bridal party dance, and a digital phototribute to the bride’s father, who recently lost a battle to cancer in the spring. They alsoremembered all their deceased relatives with a photo memory table.

Parents of the couple are Cathy and the late Gary Lobner of Wisconsin Rapids, and Ronand Judy Reimer, also of Wisconsin Rapids.

Lindsay has aMasters degree in Physician Assistant Studies fromMarquette University.She works at the Aspirus Doctors Clinic.

Kevin has a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and Web and DigitalMedia Development from UW-Stevens Point. Kevin is employed by Sentry Insurance.

The couple enjoyed a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

They reside in Plover, Wisconsin.

Szymanski-YoungNicole Szymanski and Jeffrey Young, both of Plover, are

engaged to be married.She is the daughter of Fred Szymanski of Wisconsin

Rapids and Cheryl Szymanski of Stevens Point. His par-ents are Thomas and Sally Young of Wisconsin Rapids.

Szymanski earned an associate degree in nursing from Mid-State Technical College and is employed by Ministry Saint Michael’s Hospital.

Young is enrolled at MSTC for business management and is employed by Andy’s.

A June 18, 2011 wedding is planned.

Kovalski-PrygaMadeline Kovalski of Wisconsin

Rapids and Richard Pryga of Mosinee are engaged to be married.

She is the daughter of the late Clar-ence and Lorraine Check. His parents are the late John and Regina Pryga.

Kovalski is a graduate of P.J. Jacobs High School and also attended college on a scholarship. She retired from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in January 2004 after a career of 35 years.

Pryga is a graduate of Mosinee High School. He retired in January 2004 from Mosinee Paper Mill as pipe fi t-ter/welder supervisor after a career of 38 years.

The couple enjoy their passion of polka dancing, attending numerous polka fests, bowling, golf and traveling.

Krueger-NelsonOlivia Krueger and Matthew Nel-

son, both of Eau Claire, are engaged to be married.

She is the daughter of Ruth and Tim Krueger of Wisconsin Rapids. His par-ents are RaeAnn and John Nelson of Gaithersburg, Md.

The bride-to-be is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She also is employed by the university.

Her fi ance graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in business man-agement and is employed by Shopko.

A July 30, 2011, wedding is planned.
