Over the past 25+ years, she has developed a variety of training sessions, from resources improving the bilingual/dual language classroom, to developing oracy and literacy strategies in Spanish, and coaching teachers to transform the ELL learning experience. She is an author and co-author of several publications including ELLs in Texas: What Administrators Need to Know and ELLs in Texas: What Teachers Need to Know.
