This year, the Philadelphia Bar Foundation cele-brated its 30th Annual Golf & Tennis Classic com-memorating three decades of significant golf event fundraising. Despite unfortunate weath-er resulting in a change of date, more than 130 golfers, tennis and pickleball players, and dinner guests joined us at the Union League Golf Club at Torresdale. Like previous years, this wonderful event brought together Philadelphia lawyers and professionals in the spirit of community and com-petition.

UNIFIED GIVING PARTNERSIn 2018 we put out a new challenge to our partners: a Unified Approach to Giving. We asked supporters to make an annual one-time financial gift that will provide sustenance to the Philadelphia Bar Foundation for the whole year.
Thanks to the support of our generous partners, we are able to reduce our fo-cus on events fundraising, spend more time working with our legal aid com-munity, and make the Equal Justice Center project a reality.
If you are interested in learning more about Unified Giving, please contact Thomas A. Brophy, Esq., President of the Philadelphia
Bar Foundation.
THE EQUAL JUSTICE CENTER
Learn more about the EJC at www.philaequaljusticecenter.org.

The Equal Justice Center (EJC) embodies the Philadelphia legal community's commitment to the promise of equal access to justice. The EJC was initiated by the Philadelphia Bar Foundation in conjunction with the development of 800-30 Vine Street, managed by Pennrose. Award-winning architectural firm WRT is designing the EJC building in close consultation with the local community. Other important partners, including Regional Housing Legal Services, have dedicated countless hours to make this project a reality.
