M3 WATER MONITORING & CONTROL SYSTEM
Programmable Logic Controller and easy to use HMI touch-screen for real-time water quality monitoring and data logging of pH, turbidity, flow, temperature, or any other inline water quality parameter
Pump control based on level set-points
Operator defined water quality set-points divert out-of-spec water with electric/pneumatic valves.
Inline measurement/recording of raw water pH, turbidity, flow rate and flow totalizer.
Small footprint (6.75’L x 3’W x 5.3’H) & adaptable to many different applications
Interchangeable pipe sizes from 1” to 12”
Flow ranges from 5 to 5000 gpm
Telemetry — text/email alarms and remote control via computer or smart phone
Data — stored locally and transmitted to secure offsite location, customizable data report summaries auto generated
Can be integrated with rain gauges and auto samplers to collect time-weighted or instantaneous samples for lab analysis

& Control Unit
Complete automated system includes all of the capabilities of the M3 plus chemical metering for flocculation/coagulation, and pH adjust.
Flow, turbidity and pH based chemical metering pump speed can auto-adjust according to operator set-points to target contaminates and increase efficiency
Provides fully customizable unmanned treatment operations with remote controls (computer & smart phone), text/email alarms and automated data logging like M3
Uses pneumatic valve systems to automatically terminate/divert discharge when water requires treatment and resumes discharge when water quality meets set-points. Fail-safe valve on discharge automatically closes if system failure occurs
Inline measurement/recording of raw, influent and effluent water pH, turbidity, flow rate and flow totalizer. Filter influent and effluent pressures measured/recorded as well.
Easy offloading and placement with fork pockets, lifting lugs and sturdy I-beam skid
Front system access door wings pivot to sides and the top pop-ups overhead/interlocks to provide operator protection from the elements
M5 dimensions: 9.5’L x 5’W x 7’H
Exceeds Ecology’s General Use Level Designation system design requirements for Chitosan-Enhanced Sand Filtration
