What do you have to do?-Application-Letter of Intent-Resume-Written Test-Physical Agility Test -Human Resource Interview-Drug Testing
-You must be at least 21 years old-At least 5 years of structural fire fighter experience
-Must have basic TCFP structural firefighter certification-Be a certified TDHS certified EMT-B or higher
-NIMS 100, 200, 700, 701, 702, 703, 800-Courage to be safe course completion
-Traffic Incident Management Program completion-Must have TCFP Driver Operator Pumper
-Must be able to obtain TCFP Officer I and TCFP Instructor I duringfirst year of employment
-Must pass a background check, driving record check, and drug test-Must be able to obtain a Class B Texas Drivers' License within 1 year

The testing procedure is based on a passfail system; each section must be passedto move to the next step in the process.
Applications, along with letter of intent andresume, are to be accepted from August
6th, 2021 at 9 AM to August 17th, 2021 at 4PM.
PAT Testing, Written Test (GeneralKnowledge), Officer Skills Assessment,
and Interview with HR are to becompleted in one day. Showers will be
available to applicants if necessary.
Three days will be allotted for testing:August 24th, 25th, and 26th.
