Since the Last Update KBA has:

99% complete the Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical,Plumbing and Civil Engineering plans and specifications.

Completed the Technology and Security designs and specifications.

Completed the selection of the interior materials, finishes and colors.

In the process of finalizing the water service with NWWA.

Preparing the Bidding Documents for release on 1/30/14.

Estimated Project Cost $11,460,250.

Financing Sources

Bond Proceeds - $7,875,000

Available Capital Reserve Funds - $3,335,250 DCEDGrant for Accessible Playground and Spray Park -$250,000.

Grant Funding Opportunities - RACP Grant for $5.0M - inapplication process.

Schedule

Board of Supervisors can elect to vote to put the project out for bid at thePublic Meeting on January 27.

If approved the Project Bidding will start January 30.

Bids will be received, opened and read aloud on February 28.

If the project is on budget the BOS could vote to award the 5 PrimeContracts in March or April.

Construction could begin in May.
