Oath Day of the new student’s council was organized on In the beginning
Dr. Archana Golwalkar welcomed the guest Prof. Gera with a bouquet.
Dr. Golwalkar delivered her welcome address and congratulated the student
council members.

a thanksgiving speech and took responsibility for the
accountability of the whole council of students.

A freshers welcome party was organized by the
students of MCA III and MCA V semester for the
students of MCA I semester, in the college campus on
September 25, 2013. The purpose of the function was
to welcome the new students in the college and make
second round of fashion show in which students were asked different questions by the judges, Dr. Neelu Kaushal and Dr. Archana Golwalkar.
Finally, the third round of fashion show took place where the participants displayed their talents in the form of dance, mimicry and singing.
The results were declared by the judges for the fashion show and Mr. Abhilash Soni was declared as Mr. Fresher and Ms. Surbhi Jain as Ms. Fresher. They were honored with the crown.
The students applauded and congratulated the winners. The guest shared her views and appreciated the hard work of the seniors for arranging the program.
She also motivated the students for a bright and successful career. The program concluded with a vote of thanks and token of respect to Dr. Neelu Kaushal. At the end of the program everybody proceeded for dinner.

School. The program commenced with welcoming of
the new students by the seniors, followed by lighting
of the lamp by Dr. Neelu Kaushal and Dr. Archana
Golwalkar (Director, AIM & IT).
The guest was honored with a floral welcome by the
students and then the program proceeded with a
dance performance by Ms. Dimple Jain (MCA III).
Compering was done by Ms. Pooja Kothari, MCA III
sem and Ms. Amreen Bano, MCA III sem.
The juniors were called upon the stage for a chit game in which they participated with full enthusiasm. After this, the fashion show first round took place in which each participant gave their introduction. There were other performances by the seniors like solo dances, song, group dance and much more. A management quiz was organized on 26/08/2013.
There were 8 participants from four teams.
The Quiz consisted of three rounds, comprising of
general questions in the first round, logos in the
second round and punch lines in the third. The winner
team was of Garima Dave (MBA III sem) and Anjali
Gupta (MBA III sem). The audience too participated
equally in the event by answering the questions raised

competition ended with a great sense of joy and
enthusiasm and the students were filled with
encouragement.

activity was organized for

discussion was held on
"Wor ld Peace" . The
students participated to
enhance their GD skills
and present their view
points in front of others.
Students discussed the
current situation of the

disturbances taking place
between various nations.
Workshop on CAPITAL MARKETS
A two day workshop was arranged for the students of
Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan, from Oct.
10, 2013 to Oct. 11, 2013. The workshop was arranged
on behalf of the Institute of Company Secretaries of
India (ICSI). The workshop began by lighting of the
lamp by the guest speaker and Dr. Archana Golwalkar,
Director, AIM & IT.
The guest speaker of the program was Mr. Bakul
Pandya, practicing advocate, Mumbai High Court
having substantial experience in issues pertaining to
legal aspects of real estate, media and entertainment
and intellectual property. He was welcomed by Ms.
Pooja Kothari (MCA III), Ms. Kiran Dangi (B.Com I) and
Mr. Lochan Jain (B.Com I).
The guest commenced the workshop by throwing light
on investment. He explained to the students that
education is also an investment as it results into
success in future. He advised the students to have a
sound base of knowledge so as to have a successful
career. The biggest sources for investment considered
by him were human beings and their intellect. He also
clarified the myths regarding investment and risks
associated with it. He asked the students to
understand the need of investment, core principles of
investment and also the various investment options
like real estate, gold, commodities etc.
The students got an insight into the world of
investment and also raised their queries which were
answered up to their satisfaction level. Participation
certificates were distributed to the participants on
behalf of ICSI.
They put forward their opinions that as a student how
can they contribute towards establishing peace and
make this world a better place to live in.
The number of participants was seven where Ms.
Nisha (MCA III) secured first position, followed by Ms.
Pooja Kothari (MCA III) with second position and Ms.
Harshita Kunwar (MCA III) coming third.
The audience cheered the winners and appreciated
them for their performance.
Apart from the GD, the guest of the program, Mr.
Shishir Darolia, Director & Chief Executive Officer,
Xavoc International Technologies, distributes
certificates to the participants of the workshop held
on "Industry Academia Interaction", earlier in the
college. The program concluded with a positivity
among the students and a sense of motivation.
He who every morning plans the transactions
of the day and follows out that plan carries a
thread that will guide him through the
labyrinth of the most busy life... .
If the disposal of time is surrendered merely
to the chance of incident, chaos will soon
reign.

An internship programme was organized on 25th Oct.
in AIM & IT for MCA V Sem students. This programme
was headed by Mr. Saurabh jain 'Business developer
and HR executive' of the Monsoon Varsity located in
Jaipur. 25 students participated in this event and as
per the company’s selection criteria one student was
selected for the internship programme and two
students are kept in waiting list. It was an effective
learning programme for the students. Students were
very excited for appearing in this test and they
participated in discussions about current technology,
IT culture, industry expectation from students.
Event incharge was Mr. Deepak kumar Meghwal,
supported by CSI and AIM & IT students in the
guidance of Dr. Archana Golwalkar (Director AIM & IT).

An extension lecture was organized for the students,
on the topic RTI (Right to Information Act) on the
occasion of World Standards Day.
The objective of the session was to create awareness
among the students regarding the rights they have to
obtain any relevant information of an organization,
under RTI.
The guest speaker of the session was Mr. Vimal
Shrimal, practicing CA.
Mr. Vimal Shrimal was welcomed by Ms. Pooja Kothari
(MCA III sem). He began by narrating a small story
showing the Indian tendency of casual attitude
regarding their rights. He explained the RTI Act 2005,
with respect to its utility for a common man and the
information which can be obtained about any
government organization by the general public.
RTI provides accountability to the working of any
organization and it also shows whether a company is
abiding by its rules and regulations or not.
RTI gives the assurance that the work done by a
company is authentic and legal. It also gives
transparency to the work as it is more like auditing of
records. Mr. Vimal Shrimal also said that being a
student; one should be always aware of one’s rights,
which will inculcate a feeling of self confidence. He
concluded by wishing the students a bright and
successful career and asked them to be aware of the
surroundings. A token of respect was given to the
guest by Mr. Dheeraj Salvi (MCA V) and vote of thanks
was proposed by Ms. Pooja Kothari (MCA III).
