5.Initiatives taken

5-1-12 -PVC, GI Pipes & Cables shifted from out side to utility building.

7-1-12- water shifted from rain water harvesting well to DI water supply tant.

8-1-12- Sputtering equipments shifted from old cleanroom to new building.

10-1-12- Fire extinguishers 20 nos placed at clean room.

12-1-12- HVAC make up tank proper packing done at fab building.

16-1-12- Wet bunch top cover fixed at 2nd floor Fab building.

In stalled water level controller for drinking water system, bore well water sum & Tank .

Provided electrical supply for RO systems. Installed UV lamps in each floor. Achieved purified DI water with bore well water.

Fire evacuation training for users and staff. Dedicated earth fitting for Film room equipments. Signage fitting for fire exit plan for clean room. Chiller planned preventive maintenance . Dg training program for FM team.

12.Suggestions and Requirements

•Shelters to be provided for DGs & Fire pump house to avoid rain water and leaves come inside the DG cabin & Raw water tank in side.

•FPS & FAS system to be commissioned as early as possible to face any crisis in the building.

•PC with internet connection and telephone to be provided for maintenance team.
