Mood Board representing Love

The slide above symbolises relationships and what people go through such as love and hate. Many music genres sing about love or hate even though they all have their own interpretation. I created a mood board to do with the love theme because I like how all aspects of music can represent their own perception of this theme which is show on my Ideas mind map from the song by Simple Plan ‘Your Love Is a Lie’ to Miley Cyrus ‘7 Things I Hat About You’.

Dance Choreography

If we look at the slide above we can see that the images I have collected all have a certain theme to them which is dancing. This varies from the popular WII game ‘Just Dance’ but also many pop artist having dancing in their videos due to the fact it makes the video more entertaining to watch but also it attracts a wider audience because of the fact that people might want to learn the dance. My ideas mind map caters for the pop genre and uses One Direction as an example. Also if we look at the images used a lot of the artists on there produce songs which are easy to learn and to dance to for example the recent massive successful artist PSY has become one of the worlds most watched video on YouTube because of the dancing.

Rock Genre

The slide above represents the rock genre or rock and roll. A lot of the bands used are now know as classic rock bands because of the fact they have been around for many years such as Alice Cooper. As you can see in the slide below a lot of the colours the bands are wearing are mostly black and dark colours. This portrays the music style through the clothes off the band members or singers.
