1. COURSE COMPLETION

2. Set the conditions that the students have to fulfill to complete a course

1. Choose course completion in the Administration block

You can choose which activities that you want to check as requirement for students to complete

the course.

To monitor the progress, you can check the course completion report by clicking Course

Administration > Reports > Course Completion

2. Gradebook Setup

1. You may set the weight of the grade in Gradebook Setup.For example, you want to set:

- Discussion Forums 20%- Research Papers 25%- Observation Reports 15%- Exams 40%

2. You can go to Administration block and click Gradebook Setup

3. Click Add category 4. Fill the details and you may choose the aggregation method here. Click Save changes

5. After you add all category, the gradebook will appear like this:

8. Click Save Changes

If you wish to change the grading method, you can click Edit, then click Edit setting

6. Choose the method. For example, you may choose the weighted mean of grades.

7. Fill the weights of each category:

*Additional note:If you add activity (e.g. assignment, quiz) in your course, you can set the grade category according to what you have set in the gradebook setup.

Gismo is an additional plugin that you can use to generate report about your course in Moodle.

2. Click Reporting Tool in the Gismo block

3. You can choose which report you want to see from the menu

Additional note: You can explore other blocks as well here, such as Calendar or

Course Completion Status, etc

1. If you haven’t used Gismo before, you can show it by choosing Gismo in Add a block panel (bottom-left corner)

To collect feedback from students.It can be used as a:✓ Course evaluation✓ Survey✓ Anti-bullying survey in which student

can report incidents anonymously

How to add Feedback:1. Choose Feedback and click Add 2. Fill the details and other settings

You can use templates or save your questions as a new template.

You can see the analysis or show all responses from your students.

5. SURVEY

How to add Survey:1. Choose Survey and click Add2. Fill the name and choose the survey type

3. Click Save and display.The survey will appear like this:

Moodle's survey module uses pre-made questions (verified survey instruments such as COLLES and ATTLS). This module may help togather data from their students that will help them learn about their class and reflect on their own teaching.

*Note: If you wish to use your own questions, you should use the Feedback module.
