As a specialist property-related investment provider we do not engage directly with the retail market - we facilitate sales exclusively through Accredited Agents. This approach ensures that there is never any conflict of interests and we can focus on what we do best:

02. Becoming an Accredited Agent

The process for applying to become a Mosaic Accredited Agent is simple…A decision is made quickly based on the suitability to represent Mosaic products in an ethical and professional manner and in line with its operating procedures:

Once Mosaic is satisfied that your business meets the desired profile of an Accredited Agent and you believe that Mosaic products represent an appealing proposition to your existing client base, both parties enter into an Agency agreement to formalise the relationship.

The next step is to get you up to speed with Mosaic products and systems, by conducting a Training Needs Analysis to ensure that our training meets your business requirements. After the training process you will receive accredited status and you’re ready to go.

AcceptedRegistered BusinessThe agreement must be made with a registered business with registration details submitted. The Mosaic proposition is based on a clear business-to-business model.

Experienced AgenciesAgents who have existing client relationships and sales experience in the property and alternative investment markets are highly valued by Mosaic.

Opt-in email databaseWhite label email creatives are available to download from the Mosaic Extranet for agents to send directly to their databases. Mosaic expects Accredited Agents to comply fully with the relevant data protection regulations.

DeclinedPersonal ReferalsMosaic Group offers significant levels of personal support to its accredited agents. Such agents must have the capability to deliver the volume of sales that we require.

Lack of Compatibility or Operating ExperienceWhile Mosaic Group is keen to help its industry partners grow, it may decide to decline an application if there are not the relevant skill sets or assets already in place.

Unqualified email databaseMosaic Group will decline an application if it can not be shown that an email database has been collated in compliance with international data protection laws (opt-in). The success of marketing campaigns by compliant agents can be harmed by association with email activity considered “spam”.

03. Online Agent Account

The Mosaic Extranet is a tool designed to assist you with the Mosaic experience from start to finish. From here you can access training materials and product updates; it will contain all of your company details and logo to enable the creation of branded marketing and sales materials, generation of contracts for your investors, client tracking and commission statements.

Following our many years of experience, Mosaic has implemented the best possible workflow to ensure that each deal is progressed and statuses are shown in real-time.

05. Commission & Invoicing

Payments are made within a maximum time frame of 5 weeks. Once an investment has been completed the relevant commission will be added to your online commission statement.

Accredited Agents need to rely on easily being able to access all required information and quality sales collateral at all times. Initial product training is useful and ongoing, immediate support is vital to help secure a sale. In the current environment the Accredited Agent requires projects to be offered completely packaged with all aspects of the sales process considered in advance.

Require reliable and competitive sales/funding solutions that can provide significant volumes within a reasonable time frame, in addition, or as an alternative, to more traditional sources of finance, e.g, banks or other senior lending institutions that in recent years, regardless of the feasibility or the strength of yields that projects will likely produce, have scaled back funding within the property development and construction sectors or withdrawn altogether.
