April 2016 Page 1 of 17 MINING: GOOD NEIGHBOUR AND PROVIDER TO THE WORLD WWW.CMEBC.COM President’s report by Bob Denny: The recent KEG Conference was a success and there were more people attending than last year. Hopefully that is an indication of an upturn in our industry within BC. One of the issues concerning the mineral exploration industry and small scale placer miners this spring has been the new Water Sustainability Act (WSA) which was brought into force in BC on February 29, 2016 along with a number of supporting regulations. The WSA replaces the former Water Act. A water license or use approval under the WSA is required for most uses of water, whether the water is diverted from a stream or an aquifer. However, the WSA does allow some exemptions from this requirement for certain uses of water. A regulatory amendment came into effect on April 15, 2016, which now provides that holders of a permit under section 10 of the Mines Act are exempt from the requirement to obtain a water use permit for 2016 in relation to exploration activities provided they meet certain conditions and adhere to certain requirements. For the exemption rules that will apply to our industry for at least 2016, check out http://bit.ly/1SpYeGq . Within the resulting PDF you can also connect to the full Water Sustainability Act. The Ministry of Environment is responsible for the WSA, regulations and related policy. The Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, through Front Counter BC, will be administrating the WSA. Rather than just be a regulator, it is time for the Ministry of Energy and Mines to advocate for the industry they represent to make sure that the mining and exploration sectors are not disenfranchised. April 25 th is the beginning of the Chamber of Mines of Eastern BC Prospecting Course. Thanks to all of the instructors who contribute their time and knowledge. Thanks also goes to IRL Supplies of Prince George www.irlsupplies.com/ who are sponsoring the course by providing the chamber with a significantly discounted rate so we can equip all of the students with some of the basic tools required for prospecting.

Happy Creek's Fox tungsten property, Ridley Creek zone Includes 505,000 tonnes of 0.468% WO3

Indicated at 4.1:1 strip ratio

March 15th, 2016 - Vancouver, British Columbia. Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: HPY) (the

“Company”), is pleased to announce, effective today, its first resource estimate prepared in

accordance with National Instrument (NI) 43-101 for the Ridley Creek zone on its 100% owned Fox

tungsten property. The Fox property is located 75 km northeast of 100 Mile House in the south

central Cariboo, British Columbia, Canada.

The Fox property consists of a new, large scale, 10 km by 3 km tungsten skarn mineral system

containing seven mineralized zones at surface. All zones are open in extent. The Ridley Creek zone

is currently approximately 350 metres by 175 metres in dimension. It is a gently dipping tabular

body approximately 5 metres to 25 metres in thickness with the top at surface to approximately 25

metres below surface. The current resource for the project is for the Ridley Creek (RC) zone.

At the 0.1% WO3 cut-off selected and within the resource constraining pit shell, the Indicated

resource is estimated at 505,000 tonnes grading 0.468% WO3. Inferred resources are 280,000

tonnes of 0.456% WO3 (Table 1).

Note: Cut-off determined by using a WO3 price of CDN$208.15/MTU WO3.

David Blann, P.Eng., President, CEO, comments: “For a single, 45-degree pit-constrained tungsten

resource using current metal prices, the Ridley Creek zone has a combination of grade and low strip

ratio that are an excellent start. The deposit is still open in extent and we have six other zones that

could potentially add to this. The work completed has provided a solid technical foundation to

continue with more detailed engineering and assessment, and with the efficient drill-out of this and

our other zones. As a new discovery in the western world, we are pleased to achieve this milestone

and we look forward to advancing the 100% owned Fox as a leading new tungsten project.”

MGX Minerals Acquires LIDAR Mapping Data - Prepares Maiden N.I. 43-101 Resource Estimate at

Driftwood Creek Magnesium Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA / March 15, 2016 / MGX Minerals Inc. (“MGX” or the

“Company”) (CSE: XMG / FKT: 1MG) reports the Company has completed acquisition of LIDAR

mapping data from the regional forestry company.

The mapping package includes nine gigabytes of precision mapping data covering the proposed

operating area for the Driftwood Creek magnesium project (“Driftwood Creek”). The topographical

survey information was acquired using overflight and laser mapping technology. The LIDAR

overflight was executed during the summer of 2015, prior to snowfall, and has only recently been

compiled and made available. The high precision survey data is the last piece of information

required to complete a maiden National Instrument (N.I.) 43-101 resource estimate and mine plan

for Driftwood Creek.

N.I. 43-101 Resource Estimate and Mine Plan

The newly acquired mapping data will be integrated with previously completed ground surveys,

Phase I & II drill data from the East and West Zones respectively, re-assay results of 2008 West Zone

drill core, and property wide surface sampling, to produce a maiden N.I. 43-101 resource estimate

and detailed mine plan.

Extensive preliminary work on the resource estimate has been completed over the past year. Upon

completion of the 3D deposit and block model, an optimized pit shell will be produced inclusive of

production schedule and economics. This work will serve as the cornerstone for the application of a

Mining & Reclamation Permit for a Major Mine under the British Columbia Mines Act. MGX

currently holds a 20-year Mining Lease for Driftwood Creek and bulk sampling is underway. For

Margaux Resources Announces Results from Recent Sampling

CALGARY, ALBERTA - April 12, 2016 - Margaux Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MRL) ("Margaux") is pleased to announce the results from recent underground sampling at its Jersey Emerald property located near Salmo, BC. The result of this sampling supports the potential for zinc, lead and silver resources remaining in the immediate area of the Emerald 4640 drift.

Highlights from the recent sampling include values over 10% zinc and 20% lead (see below table, samples 4640-02 and 4640-04).

On March 16, 2016, Margaux collected six samples (Table 1) from a historic 12.8 metre south-trending exploration drift (circa 1905). The drift, determined to be at mine level 4640, was discovered during the 2014 East Emerald Tungsten drilling campaign (see new release dated November 5, 2014).

Imperial Reports Huckleberry Mines Ltd. Updates Plans for Operations Suspension

and Correction to Outlook Statement in 2015 Fourth Quarter MD&A and Annual Report

Vancouver – April 5, 2016 | Imperial Metals Corporation (“Imperial” or the “Company”) (III-TSX)

reports that Huckleberry Mines Ltd. (“HML”) has recalled 44 of the 85 employees that were laid off

at the Huckleberry mine (“Mine”) in January 2016 due to weak copper prices. The recalled

personnel will focus on tailings dam construction, but may conduct some mining in the open pit if

the schedule allows. This will provide operational readiness in the future.

The Mine will continue to process stockpiles until the end of August 2016. Copper prices will be

monitored however the Mine is expected to be placed on care and maintenance if copper prices do

not increase by the third quarter of 2016.

Employees at the Mine have demonstrated a strong commitment to safety and to date have

achieved 487 days without a Lost Time Accident. This commitment to safety was recently

recognized by the Ministry of Energy and Mines Edward Prior Award for Safety in 2015.

HML owns and operates the Huckleberry Mine. Imperial owns a 50% interest in HML, and the

remaining 50% interest is owned by the Japan Group, comprised of Mitsubishi Materials

Corporation, Dowa Mining Co. Ltd. and Furukawa Co.

Please note that the Company has re-filed its Management Discussion & Analysis for its 2015 fourth

quarter and its 2015 Annual Report to correct the number of 2016 first quarter Red Chris

concentrate shipments reported in the Outlook “Development” sub-section. The sixth shipment

from Red Chris is expected to sail from the Port of Stewart this week, thus only five shipments will

be booked in the first quarter of 2016. Even at five, this number of shipments in one quarter is still a

new record for the Company. For more information go to

Braveheart Resources Update on Test Results from Whitewater Property near Nelson, BC

Toronto, Ontario - April 6, 2016 - Braveheart Resources Inc. (TSXV: BHT) ("Braveheart" or, the "Company") is pleased to announce the latest progress on its 2016 exploration program for its Whitewater gold property in southeastern British Columbia.

The Company transported approximately 30 kg of material from the Whitewater Property to a commercial gold processing plant. After crushing and blending the entire sample, two separate pulps were prepared and each was analyzed in duplicate. The overall average of the four analyses was 15.64 g/t Au.

The plant's technical team then proceeded with the balance of its standard metallurgical testwork which included leach tests and multi-element geochemistry. The head grades of the material tested ranged between 8.77 and 18.57 g/t Au. Recoveries were calculated using an average of 8.89 g/t Au. The associated bottle roll results showed an average gold recovery of 95.12%.

Subsequent to these tests Braveheart has received a draft copy of an ore purchase and sale agreement from the commercial gold processing plant. The Company intends to review the document and use it as a basis to negotiate an arrangement for the plant to process material from the planned 1,000 tonne bulk sample this year. This implies that Braveheart would excavate the material at the Whitewater deposit, load it into trucks and haul this material directly to the processing plant. The agreement spells out in detail the amount Braveheart would receive based on assays from the delivered product.

Braveheart expects to submit its application for the bulk sampling permit before the end of April.

The Company has already received a permit from the British Columbia Ministry of Energy and Mines

for a 1,500m drill program on the Whitewater property in 2016. For more information go to
