The Moto-Cart Jr. is an economical solution to electriccart applications. Designed as a more basic model thanthe standard Moto-Cart, this cart still offers transaxle driveand advanced roller grip controls. The 4-Wheel Jr.comes in 4 models and has a 1,100 lb capacity. The maintenance free batteries are rechargeable with an onboard charger that runs on standard 115 voltage. Alsoavailable is the tote rack assembly. It can carry two largetotes (optional) with each opening measuring 8 3/8” W x21.5” L x 7.5” D, there is also an additional area on thelower platform for large parcels. The two lift models, both manual and electric lift, are ideal for placing the load at theright ergonomic height.

The Roto-Max Work Positioner was designed from the ground up with the operator in mind.The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner allows the operator to determinewhere the work load is positioned. This places the load at theideal, most comfortable working height for the operator. The Roto-Max allows complete flexibility to perform the job safely in the most ergonomic manner with maximum efficiency.

Whether the load is 1 pound or 3,500 pounds, the positionerheight will not change until the operator changes it. With alowered height of only 6 1/2”, the operator has easy access tothe top layer of product. The raised height of 32 1/2” (pluspallet height) is ideally suited for most applications.

The 43” diameter top rotates easily, giving the operatoraccess to product without having to stretch or walk around.

Models RTMX-30 and RTMX-25HS have high performance electric 1 1/2hp motors and run on a standard 20 amp 115 volt single phase circuit.

The RTMX-35 has a high performance electric 2 hp motor with a3 phase voltage as standard.

Hitch Arrangements For Moto-Tugger To CartThere are various hitches that can be welded or clamped to existing carts. Theslide clamp tubes fit underneath the cart to provide receiver tube at both ends ofcart. Model 4752 is for carts 40" - 55" long. Model 4753 is for carts 56" - 76"long. Custom tubes are also available.

The Male Hitches – The Male Hitch end slides into the receive tube and has asafety latch for towing. Model 4750 is for carts with 5" or 6" casters and Model 4755is for carts with 6" or 8" casters.

Cart to Cart Hitch End – Model 4754 is used between carts when pullingmultiple carts.

Moto- Cart Receiver Tube – This Receiver (4756) is designed to fit ourstandard Moto-Cart Models MC-105, MC-10M and MC-10L, allowing theMoto-Cart to become a tugger as well as a platform cart.**Must order hitch 4755 to tow carts.

Guardian Series Pit or In-Floor Applications:The Guardian Series has as standard a perimetersafety bar and can be used in above-floor or in-floor pit applications in their standard configurations. Note: Contact the factory forcapacity and application requirements.

Guardian Series Capacities:Guardian Series lift table capacity is based uponevenly distributed loads. The table capacity isreduced by 50% for loads that are offset. Therolling loads also reduce capacity by 50%. (See illustrations.)

Max-Lift Pit or In-Floor Applications:Tapered toe guards are required for any in-floor orpit applications. (For illustrations, refer to Optionsfor Max-Lift tables on page 8). Tapered toe guardsare also required for applications where there is ashear possibility such as a raised floor deck. Thetable top must be a minimum of 9” wider andlonger than the standard top size. An electricperimeter safety bar may also be used for pit or in-floor applications. The top must be 4” wider andlonger than the standard top to accommodate thisfeature.

Max-Lift Capacities:Max-Lift table capacity is the static gross totalweight that the table is to lift. This is based uponan evenly distributed load. The end or edge loadcapacity is the amount of load that can be put overthe edge in the raised position. Oversize platformedge or side load capacity must be reduced by 2%for each inch of width or length over standardplatform size. Rolling load (axle load) is 67% ofedge load capacity. EXAMPLE: If edge load is 3,000 lbs., the rollingaxle load is 2,010 lbs. (See illustrations.)

The Moto-Tugger LT is a highly maneuverable electric tugger suitable for numerous ergonomic material handling applications. The maneuverability of the tugger is due to two core features of the Moto-Tugger LT. It's heavy duty transaxle drive allows for the tugger to easily rotate in a fixed position while the rear support casters require no effort from the operator. In addition, the tugger features a 180 degree articulating tow arm useful for pushing or pulling certain cart designs at varying angles. If articulation of the arm is not needed, it can be disabled with the supplied locking pin. Numerous standard hitch designs are available for the universal mounting plate as well as custom designed hitches.

State of the maintenance free batteries is easily checked with a conveniently located battery discharge indicator.

The Moto-Tugger HD is an ergonomically-designed motorized tow vehicle used to pull a variety of single or multiple carts in a safe and efficient manner with very little effort from the operator. Numerous standard hitch types are available to suit a wide variety of applications. Alternatively, we can customize the hitch plate to suit your specific requirements.

The Moto-Tugger HD is designed to handle heavier loads than the standard Moto-Tugger with a capacity of 3,500-5,000 lbs. depending on the caster size of the carts being pulled. Additional considerations are the angle and type of surface the unit is going to be operating on. The Moto-Tugger HD supplies a peak force of 150 pounds and 75 pounds of continuous pull/push force.

In addition to the pull-down position for normal operation, the Moto-Tugger HD features an easily adjustable three-position control. With the different height of operators and the variety applications the three-position handle allows for the best ergonomic position for any application.

To charge the unit, simply turn the unit off using the key switch and plug in the retract-able cord of the onboard automatic charger. The ergonomic handle features variable speed controls which allows for precise positioning of tugged carts. When the tugger is not in motion, an automatic mechanical brake is applied to ensure the unit does not roll. Combined with a belly bump reversing switch, the Moto-Tugger LT can be safely operated in even tight spaces.

The Spring Level Loader is an economical solution for palletbuilding and work positioning for many applications. Requiring no power, the positioner comes with three springs for maximum load weight leveling. Easily remove one or two springs for lighter load requirements.

As weight is added to the Spring Level Loader, it causes the springs to compress, lowering the height of the plat-form. As weight is removed, the springs expand, raising the height of the platform. Once properly calibrated for the maximum load weight, the lift will automatically stay at an ergonomic height.

Load weight range is 440 lbs. to 4,400 lbs. The standard turntable allows for 360° rotation for easy load access. Fork pockets also come standard forrepositioning of the spring level loader.

The G-Series Lift Tables have been designed as an economicalsolution for light duty industrial applications. Available with 2,000 lb.and 3000 lb. capacities, the G-Series table can improve productivity

and reduce injuries by placing loads at an ergonomic work height. Theheavy duty 1.7 HP lift motor allows up to 12 full lifts per hour on

average, with a competitive lift speed and runs on a 115 volt input 15amp circuit. Available in 4 models, the G-Series has the right table for

The Lift ’n Spin has all of the features of our standard low profileGuardian Series lift table with the added advantage of a built-in rotatingtop. The rotating top greatly enhances the operation of the lift table by reducing reach effort, or walk around, in order to access the load.

With a lowered height of only 4 1/4,” the Lift ’n Spin can be loaded witha manual or electric pallet truck using the optional ramp. This is easilyaccomplished by the exclusive Auto-Transition Plate that provides asmooth transition from the ramp onto the rotating top.

The Guardian Series meets and exceeds both U.S. (ANSI) and Europeansafety standards.

Auto-Transition PlateThe exclusive Auto-Transition Plate is a key featureof the Lift-N-Spin. This Auto-Transition Plateprovides a smooth surface from the ramp onto therotating top. Once the lift is raised 1/4” the Auto-Transition plate automatically lowers to allow the topto spin. When the table is fully lowered, the Auto-Transition Plate automatically raises again to providea smooth surface to load the next pallet.

The "U" and "E" Low Profile Tables have all the safety features of our Low ProfileGuardian Series Lift Tables. The low profile feature provides greater flexibilitysince a variety of applications can be accommodated. Also, installation costs are reduced since the need for a floor pit is eliminated.

With capacities ranging from 2,200 pounds to 3,300 pounds, the Guardian Series low profile lift tables are available with either an "E" or "U" shaped top fornumerous material handling applications.

The "U" shaped low profile table is ideal for handling wire baskets, containers, plastic and wooden open bottom pallets. This design allows loading with either a manual or electric pallet truck without the need for a loading ramp.

The E-Lift low profile lift table has all the same features as the U-Lift and the otherGuardian low profile tables. It is available in a 2,200 lb capacity. The advantage of the E-Lift is the center opening measures 28.9" which is ideal for a standard 27" wide pallettruck. The added center support of the E-Lift is designed to help prevent the pallet from deflecting downward in the center due to the wider center area. The center support is shorter than the outside legs to allow easier access with the pallet truck. The E-Lift, like the U-Lift, is designed for use with open bottom pallets, skids, containers or wire baskets.

The floor mount power unit has the pumpmotor and tank on the plate frame. This isideal for placing the power unit under aconveyor or a work bench or when otherremote locations are required. Features 8’hoses, power cord and control cord. Three-button control box has 115 voltagesingle phase standard on 1,100 lb. and2,200 lb. capacity units.

Loading ramps match width of table and are available in 32” or 48” or 57” for electric pallet truck lengths. Custom ramps are available.Other sizes: Contact factory. Capacity based on evenly distributed loads. Dimensions shown ± 1/8”.

The Guardian Series meets and exceeds both U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards.

Standard Features:– Upper platform fitted with safety perimeters, which prevents descent on contact with

obstructions.– Low-tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons. In addition the Guardian Series

includes an electric circuit reset button in case the safety perimeter is actuated.– New design external power pack equipped with a relief valve against overloading and a

compensated flow valve for controlling lowering speed. The power pack is supplied with hoses 8’ long.

– 115 voltage single phase standard on 1,100 lb., 2,200 lb. and 3,300 lb. capacity units. 230/460 voltage three phase is optional.

– Upper limit switch.– Single acting cylinders with drainage system and check valve to stop the lift table

lowering in case of hose burst.– Safety clearance between scissors to prevent trapping during operations.– Mechanical blocks for safe maintenance operations.– Self-lubricating bushings on pivot points.– Removable lifting eye(s) to facilitate handling and installation of the lift table.– Motor 1 HP.

Lift Products Max-Compact Lift & Tilt Tables are heavy-duty electro-hydraulic tilters with capacities of 2,000 to 6,000 lbs., angle of tilt to 45° with platform sizes of 24" x 48" to 48" x 60".

When floor space is limited, the Max-Compact Tilt table is the answer. This tilt table will complete it's tilt cycle within the space of it's 22.5" to 34.5" x 48" base frame.

The Max-Compact hydraulic tilt table is available in 2,000 to 6,000 lbs. capacities with a 45° angle of tilt. The unit is equipped with double acting cylinders and is powered up and powered down. The scissor leg rollers are entrapped within the top and base of the table to ensure maximum stability and safety.

The LPECTL Series lifts and tilts within its own base frame, allowing the tilt operation to work within a minimum of floor area for maximum efficiency. The hydraulic system is powered up and down utilizing double acting cylinders. The leg rollers are entrapped within the base and platform frame to ensure maximum stability.

The tilting mechanism of the LPECTL is a combined lift & tilt that occurs simultaneously with the lift actuation. This motion is achieved by a hinged steel extension added to the traditional scissor arms and fixed in position to the top platform. As the cylinder extends, the scissor arms close providing the lifting action while the hinged extension unfolds tilting the platform toward the operator.

Controls for the lift are on a magnetic backed hand pendent control which allows the operator to actuate the lift from any position. Lift Products Max-Compact Lift & Tilt Tables are heavy-duty electro-hydraulic tilters with capacities of 2,000 to 6,000 lbs., angle of tilt to 45° with platform sizes of 24" x 48" to 48" x 60".

When floor space is limited, the Max-Compact Tilt table is the answer. This tilt table will complete it's tilt cycle within the space of it's 22.5" to 34.5" x 48" base frame.

The Max-Compact hydraulic tilt table is available in 2,000 to 6,000 lbs. capacities with a 45° angle of tilt. The unit is equipped with double acting cylinders and is powered up and powered down. The scissor leg rollers are entrapped within the top and base of the table to ensure maximum stability and safety.

The LPECTL Series lifts and tilts within its own base frame, allowing the tilt operation to work within a minimum of floor area for maximum efficiency. The hydraulic system is powered up and down utilizing double acting cylinders. The leg rollers are entrapped within the base and platform frame to ensure maximum stability.

The "U" and "E" Low Profile Tables have all the safety features of our Low ProfileGuardian Series Lift Tables. The low profile feature provides greater flexibilitysince a variety of applications can be accommodated. Also, installation costs are reduced since the need for a floor pit is eliminated.

With capacities ranging from 2,200 pounds to 3,300 pounds, the Guardian Series low profile lift tables are available with either an "E" or "U" shaped top fornumerous material handling applications.

The "U" shaped low profile table is ideal for handling wire baskets, containers, plastic and wooden open bottom pallets. This design allows loading with either a manual or electric pallet truck without the need for a loading ramp.

The E-Lift low profile lift table has all the same features as the U-Lift and the otherGuardian low profile tables. It is available in a 2,200 lb capacity. The advantage of the E-Lift is the center opening measures 28.9" which is ideal for a standard 27" wide pallettruck. The added center support of the E-Lift is designed to help prevent the pallet from deflecting downward in the center due to the wider center area. The center support is shorter than the outside legs to allow easier access with the pallet truck. The E-Lift, like the U-Lift, is designed for use with open bottom pallets, skids, containers or wire baskets.

With a lowered height of only 4 1/4,” the Lift ’n Spin can be loaded witha manual or electric pallet truck using the optional ramp. This is easilyaccomplished by the exclusive Auto-Transition Plate that provides asmooth transition from the ramp onto the rotating top.

Auto-Transition PlateThe exclusive Auto-Transition Plate is a key featureof the Lift-N-Spin. This Auto-Transition Plateprovides a smooth surface from the ramp onto therotating top. When the table is fully lowered, the Auto-Transition Plate automatically raises again to providea smooth surface to load the next pallet.

The G-Series Lift Tables have been designed as an economicalsolution for light duty industrial applications. Available with 2,000 lb.and 3000 lb. capacities, the G-Series table can improve productivity

and reduce injuries by placing loads at an ergonomic work height. Theheavy duty 1.7 HP lift motor allows up to 12 full lifts per hour on

average, with a competitive lift speed and runs on a 115 volt input 15amp circuit. Available in 4 models, the G-Series has the right table for

Hitch Arrangements For Moto-Tugger To CartThere are various hitches that can be welded or clamped to existing carts. Theslide clamp tubes fit underneath the cart to provide receiver tube at both ends ofcart. Model 4752 is for carts 40" - 55" long. Model 4753 is for carts 56" - 76"long. Custom tubes are also available.

The Male Hitches – The Male Hitch end slides into the receive tube and has asafety latch for towing. Model 4750 is for carts with 5" or 6" casters and Model 4755is for carts with 6" or 8" casters.

Cart to Cart Hitch End – Model 4754 is used between carts when pullingmultiple carts.

Moto- Cart Receiver Tube – This Receiver (4756) is designed to fit ourstandard Moto-Cart Models MC-105, MC-10M and MC-10L, allowing theMoto-Cart to become a tugger as well as a platform cart.**Must order hitch 4755 to tow carts.

Guardian Series Pit or In-Floor Applications:The Guardian Series has as standard a perimetersafety bar and can be used in above-floor or in-floor pit applications in their standard configurations. Note: Contact the factory forcapacity and application requirements.

Guardian Series Capacities:Guardian Series lift table capacity is based uponevenly distributed loads. The table capacity isreduced by 50% for loads that are offset. Therolling loads also reduce capacity by 50%. (See illustrations.)

Max-Lift Pit or In-Floor Applications:Tapered toe guards are required for any in-floor orpit applications. (For illustrations, refer to Optionsfor Max-Lift tables on page 8). Tapered toe guardsare also required for applications where there is ashear possibility such as a raised floor deck. Thetable top must be a minimum of 9” wider andlonger than the standard top size. An electricperimeter safety bar may also be used for pit or in-floor applications. The top must be 4” wider andlonger than the standard top to accommodate thisfeature.

Max-Lift Capacities:Max-Lift table capacity is the static gross totalweight that the table is to lift. This is based uponan evenly distributed load. The end or edge loadcapacity is the amount of load that can be put overthe edge in the raised position. Oversize platformedge or side load capacity must be reduced by 2%for each inch of width or length over standardplatform size. Rolling load (axle load) is 67% ofedge load capacity. EXAMPLE: If edge load is 3,000 lbs., the rollingaxle load is 2,010 lbs. (See illustrations.)

The Roto-Max Work Positioner was designed from the ground up with the operator in mind.The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner allows the operator to determinewhere the work load is positioned. This places the load at theideal, most comfortable working height for the operator. The Roto-Max allows complete flexibility to perform the job safely in the most ergonomic manner with maximum efficiency.

Whether the load is 1 pound or 3,500 pounds, the positionerheight will not change until the operator changes it. With alowered height of only 6 1/2”, the operator has easy access tothe top layer of product. The raised height of 32 1/2” (pluspallet height) is ideally suited for most applications.

The 43” diameter top rotates easily, giving the operatoraccess to product without having to stretch or walk around.

Models RTMX-30 and RTMX-25HS have high performance electric 1 1/2hp motors and run on a standard 20 amp 115 volt single phase circuit.

The RTMX-35 has a high performance electric 2 hp motor with a3 phase voltage as standard.

A magnetic backed control box is standard and a foot control switch is availableas an option.

The Moto-Cart Jr. is an economical solution to electriccart applications. Designed as a more basic model thanthe standard Moto-Cart, this cart still offers transaxle driveand advanced roller grip controls. The 4-Wheel Jr.comes in 4 models and has a 1,100 lb capacity. The maintenance free batteries are rechargeable with an onboard charger that runs on standard 115 voltage. Alsoavailable is the tote rack assembly. It can carry two largetotes (optional) with each opening measuring 8 3/8” W x21.5” L x 7.5” D, there is also an additional area on thelower platform for large parcels. The two lift models, both manual and electric lift, are ideal for placing the load at theright ergonomic height.
