Motor Management Program in detail The Siemens Motor Management Program will provide dedicated, meticulous professionals who will perform a motor management process review, develop a detailed reliability improvement plan, and manage that plan to help you meet your operational goals.

Alignment phase:The first step will be an evaluation that identifies the critical motors (including serial number, range, year of production, and a photo of each motor).

The second step will be to check the motors’ condition visually and, if necessary, through initial measurements such as vibration tests and thermal imaging.

Proposal phase:With our proposal, you will receive recommendations on how to manage your motor inventory and how to implement these recommendations. We will also offer you a wide range of other services, including predictive and preventive measures, perfectly customized to your operation.

Execution phase:The prerequisite for sustainable motor management is the implementation of a Web-based tool. The tool begins by performing condition monitoring and generating a maintenance action plan and ends with a root-cause failure analysis.
