Innovative, intelligent, efficient – the newly developed transnorm motors in low and high-voltage versions

have belonged to the VEM product range since 2013. Designed for efficiency class IE3, they already today

satisfy the demands which await products for this output range in the future.

Following extension of the range to include size 450 from 2015, a complete motor series will be available.

Developed with foresight Strong performance

INNOVATIVE. An additional internal cooling circuit

represents the latest state of the art. It serves

to keep the motor cooler, as the key to a high

utilisation factor.

INTELLIGENT. Size 400 motors are fitted with an

RFID transponder as standard.*

The high-speed chip, which can also be read out

while the motor is running, offers ample memory

space for the storage of detailed information.

EFFICIENT. Low-voltage motors for the output

range up to 800 kW comply with all the

requirements of efficiency class IE3 (Premium

Efficiency) in accordance with draft standard

DIN EN 60034-30:2012.
