1 Mount Litera Zee School-Ratlam ANNUAL REPORT 2019-2020 FOREWORD In its ninth year since its foundation in 2011, Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, has made giant strides of progress. In imparting quality education to students from the Beginning to the Finishing stage, the institution has made its presence felt among contemporary schools of Ratlam, in remarkable ways. The school has a formidable team of mentors and the supporting staff, which pool in their skills and prowess to mould and shape students into mature and responsible students, besides enabling them to bring laurels in various competitions and events, both co-curricular and extra-curricular. Vivid details are given in the school’s Annual Report, as under: Academic Performance: The school had encouraging results of the XII Board examinations. Khushi Kawadiya, who scored 82%, Kamlesh Patidar, who scored 78.6% and Ayush Saktawat, who scored 66.4%, were students of the first batch of grade XII. The X Board Examination results equally had more to cheer about. The school showed 100% result. 21 students had appeared of which 12 attained Distinction. The school’s average was 75% overall. This only reinforces the diligent and sincere efforts put in by students, and equally highlights the competent teaching and efficacious mentoring given by the teaching fraternity, which is the hall mark of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam. Infrastructural facilities: With the aim of ensuring that students get the best environment for learning and growing, Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, provides adequate infrastructural facilities. The school’s perceptible improvements through additions to the existing facilities have been the salient features. Laboratories are upgraded, with new equipments, tools and accessories being added. Classrooms are improvised to ensure that students get the right atmosphere when receiving learning, being spacious and well-ventilated. Washrooms are ensured to be kept clean and hygienic. A multi-purpose arena is constructed and functional, wherein events and functions were held in a grand way. The conference room for conducting seminars, training programmes and student competitions has been made ready and has been productively used. In sum, the school has an infrastructure that is state-of-the art and a marvel. Transportation: MLZS, Ratlam, has a fleet of buses to cater to students living in various areas of the city that are fairly widespread. During 2019-2020, 5 new buses were procured, making the overall count to 24. Escorts and attendants accompany students and help them reach school and home, safely and securely. Regular maintenance and upkeep of the buses ensure that they are in good, running condition. Drivers and other staff are a diligent and a dedicated lot, with a long standing association with the institution. Efforts are being made to ensure that transportation of students is done with few glitches, few complaints, taking good care of the logistics involved. Sports and Physical fitness: In order to make learning holistic and all-encompassing, Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, has given importance to physical fitness and sports. Students have taken part in various sporting events, both in the school and outside the school and have brought laurels, with their performances and attainments. Special mention is made of the school’s Annual Function, which was held on 5 December, 2019. It was grand and magnificent overall, eliciting an appreciative response from parents and patrons alike.

Tanishka Dave of Grade 2, took part in the CBSE National Skating Competition, held in Belgaum (Karnataka), winning the Fifth position, which was a matter of great pride for the institution. The school hosted Taekwondo competition at the Divisional Level. Besides, District Level Skating competition was also hosted by the school. The school’s PT instructors are always on the run to ensure that the students are not lagging behind in the aspect of keeping themselves fit and healthy. Required workouts and exercises are carried out in the periods allotted for the same. Human Resource Capital: Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, boasts of quality teachers who go the extra mile to give the much-needed quality education to students, for which the school has become an eminent hub. During the academic year in question, there was an addendum of teachers, who joined the team after a rigorous selection and screening process, having good credentials and accreditations. Ten teachers were appointed to replenish the faculty. There were attritions too. The school is continued to be headed by Mrs. Vijaya Ravi, with more than 25 years of teaching and administrative experience in various schools, and in various places. She is efficiently guiding the institution. Teachers are given sufficient opportunities for their grooming and shaping, so that they become well honed and proficient in their areas of scholarliness. Workshops, seminars, symposia and such academic events were organized towards this objective. These cover a wide range of areas, where the required skill sets to benefit students need to be honed. Due emphasis is laid on teachers’ enrichment and updating, besides their skills on delivery. Factual correctness and well-researched knowledge are the thrust areas. Suitable incentives and motivational steps have been taken so that teachers put in their best efforts. Promotion of students’ skills and talents: The school had events and occasions, where talents and skills of students latent were identified and showcased. Particular mention is made of the activities relating to International School Award {ISA}

through British Council. Students of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, took part in AIMUN, Delhi, at NOIDA, and IIMUN, at Ahmadabad. They showed their presence in an impressive way, earning commendations. The appreciative audience strongly motivated them. It was amazing to know that students of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, were gifted and talented. Only proper fostering and nurture is required. Clubs and House Reports:-

Eco-club activities translate knowledge, attitude and values into action and help students to become responsible citizens

10-07-19: Van Mahotsava Celebration Van Mahotsavawas celebrated on this day celebrating and thanking “Mother Nature”. Students and teachers planted seeds of various plants in the botanical garden. Teachers promised to plant one tree on every Environment Day. 11-09-19: Swatchta Hi Seva Campaign Mount Litera Zee School, Ratalm participated in campaign Swachhta Hi Seva launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister on 11th September which aims to reinforced “Sanitation as everyone’s Business” and is focused on “Plastic Waste Management” as its key theme. 16-10-19: World Food Day Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam organized various activities to spread the message of "Healthy food leads to Healthy Mood" on 16th October'19 under the CBSE initiative "HUB OF LEARNING". The activities developed students’ interpersonal and intrapersonal skills by working together in groups and gain application, analysis, and synthesis skills. They were able to think out of the box and to inculcate the idea of "Healthy Eating" in the most effective way. 16-10-19: Inter-School Poster Making Competition Students of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam participated in Poster Making Competition held by "New Taiyebiyah Senior Secondary, School". Kuldeep Patidar of MLZs bagged 1st Position in Individual Poster making Competition whereas Third position was also bagged in Group Competition which was on topic Zero Hunger. Inspired Awards Manak : Students of Mount Litera Zee School,Ratlam participated in "Inspire Award Manak (2019-20) organised by government of India at District level.Four Models prepared by the students were selected to be presented in the competition. 17-01-20 to 18-01-20: Science Exhibition 17th January’20 and 18th January’20 were the days of expertise and retrospection when students of grade 6th to 9th presented their science and social-science modals. All the modals were prepared by re-using

the waste materials. Students had made still models, working models, charts and posters to present their topics. Wireless Energy Transfer Land Rover, Chandrayan-II, Obstacle Resisting Car etc. It left everyone spellbound. 15-01-20: CBSE Eco-Club Activity

On 15-1-20 students from grade I to XI participated in various Eco-Club activities designed for them. "Saving the Nature" was central theme for Primary classes whereas” activities in senior class revolved around “Natural Disaster". Various activities were planned grade wise.

20-04-19: Tell a Tale Competition On 20th April’19 Tell-a-Tale competition was conducted in Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam. The objective of this competition was the Expansion of communication and to sharpen the students’ imagination abilities.

04-05-19: Radio Show Activity Radio is knowledge. Radio is where many of us get our news and information. Radio is a voice. So, to enhance conversation and community participations in students Radio Show was organized for the very first time in MLZS, it turned out to be a great show.

24-04-19: Super Mom Activity Super Mom activity was held as an Thanks Giving Event to the wonderful creatures on Earth “Mother”. Students wrote their feeling in form of a letter and drew their best memory with their mother.

08-07-19: English Poem Recitation To inculcate the art of poetry an Inter-House poem recitation competition was organized in Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam for classes 1 to 12 on 1oth July’19. The participants were judged on the basis of their performance, gesture, clarity and intonation.

20-07-19: English Speech Competition The literature enthusiasts of Mount Litera Zee School Ratlam organized speech competition and Debate competition on 20th July'19, to nurture oratory skills by providing participants with a platform to showcase talent and creativity.

Hindi Poetry recitation competition was conducted to expand student’s experience and exposure to poetry. The participants presented splendid art of poetry recitation. It motivated other students to participate in future. 10-08-19: English Extempore Competition An Inter-House extempore Competition was organized to groom the oratory skills of students of grade 5 to 12. Different topics were there for the participant to choose from. It was truly enriching for overall development of the students.

17-09-19: Hindi Diwas Celebration Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam celebrated "Hindi Diwas" with great enthusiasm and fervor. Special assembly was held by Junior and Senior students. Students spoke on the ability of the language to bind the nation. Teachers enlightened the students with contribution of great scholars in the path of Hindi language becoming renowned worldwide.

24-10-19: Group Discussion Group discussion was an amalgamation of intelligence, alertness and patience. The awareness of students about their topic was remarkable. The activity allowed its participants to express views and opinions.

24-01-20: G.K Quiz Competition MLZS, Ratlam successfully conducted Inter House G.K. Quiz for the grade I to XI in which four different houses with fervent participants in each house gave tough battle to each other. It was very informative and knowledge enriching competition for the participants.

25-01-20 to 26-01-20: Spell Bee Competition Inter-House Spell Bee Competition was held. Participants from each house participated who were selected after various rigorous rounds. The participants faced many rounds facing different forms of vocabulary. The participants gave wonderful performance and left the mentors spellbound.

05-02-19: Spin-A-Yarn Competition To provide platform where in students received good expenditure in expressing their thoughts and confident to perform, this competition was held. Students created yarn with words and was very enriching activity.

21st June’19: MLZS Raising Day Mount Litera Zee School foundation was laid on 21st June 2012, under the encyclopedic and eminent vision of our esteemed Director Mr. Yunus Najmuddin Pakawala. This wonderful day was revived with utmost zeal and enthusiasm. On this auspicious occasion, we also inaugurated the new building “Multi Purpose Arena”.

The staff of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, presented various cultural programs celebrating the glorious years spent in the institution. The day was celebrated to maintain the school’s principle, so that the teachers, the staff and the students will be reminded of it. 21st June’19: International Yoga Day

“Yoga teaches us to endure what cannot be cured.” World Yoga Day was celebrated at Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, under the expert supervision and guidance of Mr.Naresh Trivedi, a teacher of Art of Living. Teachers of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, as well as those of Kidz World, enthusiastically participated in the program. Respected Director Mr.Yunus Pakawala, Mrs.Fatima Pakawala, Principal of MLZS, Mrs. Vijaya Ravi, as well as Principal of Kidz World, Mrs. Sisodiya graced the occasion. The presence of Mrs. Pakawala, mother of Director Sir, was august for the occasion. We, of the academy, pledged to adopt Yoga practices for a happier and healthier life style. 29th June’19: Talent Show Young children have an ocean of hidden talent in them and it was displayed at Mount Litera Zee School. The main reason behind organizing these competitions is to nurture the intrinsic qualities of students and remove the fear of stage among them, which helps in their personality development too. The competition included many categories belonging to different Art Skills. The objective of the activity was to discover the hidden talents in the students and also to inculcate the values of discipline among them.

23rd July’19: Investiture Ceremony

"Let the world be proud of you because you are born to lead the world.” The Students’ Council was invested with duties for the academic session 2019-20. A very solemn occasion, it commenced with the Council members marching with their flags held high, in synchronization with the appropriate music that matched with the aura of the ceremony. The significant occasion was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Ms. Shirali Jain (SDM Ratlam) and the parents of the elected members of the Students’ Council. This was followed by oath taking, administered by the Principal. The chief guest, Ms Shirali Jain (SDM), Ratlam honoured the members of the Students’ Council with Sash. Parents honoured the members with the badges. 15th August’19: Independence Day The Little Literans of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam celebrated the 73rd Independence Day with great enthusiasm and pride. Every student contributed towards its preparations and the celebrations began with the Unfurling of the National Flag by Mrs. Neeta Gupta, HOD Science Department. The school organized Inter- House Dance competition. As the program was coming to an end, the enthusiasm in the school remained the same. At last, sweets were distributed among students and staff members. 5th September’19: Teachers’ Day “It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken the joy of creative expression and knowledge.” Students’ Council of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, organized a scintillating cultural show on 5th September 2019, to denote their love, respect, acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by the teachers towards their development. The cultural show incorporated poems, songs, dance-dramas. They also entertained teachers by arranging fun games for them. They indicated that teachers play a vital role in making their pupils responsible citizens of tomorrow and wonderful human beings. The teachers appreciated the Prefects for their successful coordination.

2nd October’19: Gandhi jayanti As India marked the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on 2nd October’2019, celebrations were in full swing in MLZS, Ratlam, with an auspicious beginning with prayer “ Vaishnav Jan Ko”, spreading the message of Humanity.It was followed by a small skit showing how Gandhiji’s teachings are still relevant in our lives. The assembly was concluded with the National Anthem; thereafter, students were shown a movie based on the life story of Mahatma Gandhi. The day filled everyone’s heart with pride and honour for the great person, who is still alive in our virtues. 14th November’19: Children’s Day Celebration “Every child comes with a message that God is not yet discouraged of man.” Children’s Day was celebrated in Mount Litera Zee School,Ratlam, with fun and frolic. A morning assembly was presented by the teachers for students. Teachers presented beautiful songs in three groups of Primary, Middle and Senior School teachers. The assembly was summed with an encouraging address by our Respected Principal Ma’am. Students enjoyed their teachers' performance wholeheartedly.

5th December’19: Annual Function

Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam - 4th Annual Function. Wise and Witty “Brain power is immense and effective. Life’s complexities and complication get solved by having the proper presence of mind.” This important aspect of life was the essence of legendary figure “TENALI RAMA’s” life.

The students of grade IV to XII of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, aptly portrayed the anecdotes of Tenali Rama’s life in the skit “WISE and WITTY”. The story was beautifully blended with different cultural dances of different states, presenting the collage of the Indian brain and beauty on stage. Our respected Principal srose among the audience and delivered welcome speech to the dignitaries. The occasion was graced with presence of Chief Guest of the event Mr. Harshvija Gehlot, Member of Legislative Assembly, Sailana constituency. The wonderful event ended with the National Anthem. 6TH December’19: Alice in Wonderland The students of Pre-primary to grade III of Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, re-created the magic of wonderland and left the parents stupefied by their amazing presentation of “Alice in Wonderland”, on 6th December’2019.The auspicious lamp lighting ceremony was done by our respected Principal ma’am and parents. After our beloved Principal ma’am rose among the audience to address and enlighten them regarding school accomplishments, the program began by presenting the magic of fantasies. The program ended with the finale-giving message, “It’s a Beautiful Life”. It was praised and applauded by the parents present at the event. At last, with the National Anthem the programme ended. 26th Jaunary’20: Republic Day Celebration The 71st Republic Day was celebrated in MLZS, Ratlam, with zeal and enthusiasm. Senior students marched and escorted our Respected Director Sir, Principal ma'am and Guest of Honour, Mrs. Anshu Acharya for Flag Hoisting. After the National Anthem, students presented the colours of patriotism through various performances. It was a wonderful event with the melody of Independent India ringing.

13th July’19: Guest Speaker Mount Litera Zee School Ratlam was fortunate to have Samyak Shah as guest speaker to inspire and motivate our students. His journey from school to All India Rank 308 and finally to IIT Mumbai must have given our students a road map to achieve their goal. 11th October’19: Field Trip to Hyderabad Educational trips provide valuable educational opportunities away from the classroom, without using textbooks and other tools. Students get a better perspective of the world around them as they are brought into direct contact with the new situations which prepare them for facing the challenges for their forthcoming professional lives. MLZS Ratlam students embarked on a tour to Hyderabad and had an interschool exchange programme with Pragati Central School Hyderabad, which was successful and enriching.

21st October’19: AMITY Kushi, Kamlesh, Bhavesh and Murtaza participated in International Model United Nations competition at AMITY Noida.It provides a platform to interact and comprehend / appreciate different cultures and viewpoints. It enables students to learn to resolve the crisis / issues. It is the platform for the young ambassadors to display their act of diplomacy During a conference, participants must employ a variety of communication and critical thinking skills in order to represent the policies of their country. These skills include public speaking, group communication, research, policy analysis, active listening, negotiating, conflict resolution, note taking, and technical writing.School of 11 countries and around 400 student participating in this contest. MLZS Ratlam is proud of our team as they got best position paper award even though it was their first time participation. MLZS Ratlam anticipate for more participation in future. 6th November’19: Brain Storming Activity Brain Storming activities encourages everybody view points and allows creative thinking. Students of Grade I and II were engaged in Brain-Storming Activity. They were provided Tengrams which they had to arrange in form of Triangle. It was a fun-filled activity. 19th November’19: "E-Summit’19" Students of Commerce stream of Mount Litera Zee School Ratlam participated in the event "E-Summit’19" which is an initiative by Choithram School, Manikbagh (Indore) with a vision to empower young minds with early entrepreneurship and introduce them business-world to students. Around 10 schools participated with a wonderful gathering of 150 participants. Kunal Patidar nailed the first position in "Simulating Game" and filled our heard with pride. 4th January’20: BUDDING SCIENTIST of MLZS VaibhavBalyan (X), IshitaAhirwal (IX), Anmolika Das (VI), Devansh Agarwal (VIII) of Mount Litera Zee School,Ratlam accompanied with Mentors Manoj Kumar Pandya and Hirendra Desai participated in "Inspire Award Manak (2019-20) organised by government of India at District level. Four Models prepared by the students were selected to be presented in the competition. 11th January’20: Career Counselling

“THE BEST WAY TO PREDICT THE FUTURE IS TO CREATE IT.” In a dynamic world with many challenges and opportunities for individuals and societies, assumptions about careers are being turned on their heads. Students, being able to access support from someone who is professionally qualified to help individuals develop these skills is vital. To assist the students and parents of grade IX to XII in this regard a career counseling workshop was organized in MLZS, Ratlam conducted by Dr. Tushar Chothani of “I Dream Career” 17th January’20: IIMUN Our students participated in IIMUN (India's International Movement to United Nations) conference held in Ahmedabad from 17th Jan to 19 Jan' 2020. Team of 16 students from Grade 7,8,9 and 11 participated in the conference. The performance of students was above expectation and well appreciated by the organizers of Shanti Asiatic School Ahmedabad and IIMUN Team from Mumbai. 24th January ’20 : Inter House G.K. Quiz MLZS,Ratlam successfully conducted Final Round of Inter House G.K. Quiz for the grade I to XI in which four different houses with fervent participants in each house gave tough battle to each other. The participants had to go through mazes of intuited and mind blogging rounds consisting of questions related to current affairs, science, sports, music and many more. It was very informative and knowledge enriching competition for the participants. 6th Feburary’20: Educational Visit To familiarize the students regarding various dimensions of retail management and career opportunities available in these fields students of grade IX and XI visited D-Mart for Retail-practical. It was truly efficacious as the students were contemplating their purchase, they admitted that they hardly consider price of goods while shopping with parents, so it was truly a learning experience.

11th April’19: Inter-House Skating Competition Inter house skating competition was organized on 11th April’19 and 12th April’19 for the students of grade 3rd to 5th.The excitement and enthusiasm during the competition was infectious. All the participants skated marvelously and with Great Spirit. 27th April’19: Fun Game Activity Interactive and energetic Fun Games were organized for students of Grade I to IV to develop team spirit, good sportsmanship with game like “Push and Go” and uplift their IQ level with “Word Game”. By allowing students to play various games and engage with others, there is a greater chance to develop high integrity. 30th April’19: Skating Competition

“Skating like all other sports, Has an element of strategy” An Inter-House skating competition was organized for the students of grade 1-2 and 6-8. The parents concerned of the participating students were invited to witness the competition and encourage the ward taking part in them. 9th August’19: Table Tennis Kunal Patidar(XI) and Manan Mehta(XI) were declared champions under 17 Table Tennis Divisional level competition held at Mandsaur. 9th August’19: Taekwondo Divisional Level Competition Mount Litera Zee School Ratlam hosted Taekwondo Divisional level competition Organised by Ratlam Education Department Sports Division. Sports Officer Ratlam Mr R.C.Tiwari, Mahendra Singh Dodiyar and Sports Incharge of around 20 schools with 220 participants were present. 14th August’19: State level skating Competition Congratulations to winners and for getting selected at State level skating competition. Tanishq, Veer Desai, Aashi Saraf, Nakiya Shakir, Aanshi Dalal, Varun singh, Vishavraj Vaishnav, Nitakshi Choudhary and Ummehani Gabu for the upcoming state level skating competition. 17th August’19: Just a minute Just a minute session was organised for students. It provided a platform to students to understand the importance of time.

2nd October’19: Interschool Inline skating competition CBSE Ajmer region

Proud moment for MLZS Ratlam. Tanishka Dave of grade 1 secured 2nd position in Interschool Inline skating competition. CBSE Ajmer region conducted competition where schools of Rajasthan, Madhya Pardesh and Gujrat participated at Indore Mount Litera Zee School. 19th October’19: Inter-House Quarter Final Football Match Inter-House Quarter Final Football Match was held for junior and senior group. The excitement was palpable as spectators and the children were cheering their preferred teams.

16th November’19: the Inter-School Sports Tournament “Take the challenge of your life. Reach out to your goals. There is no limit to what you can achieve.” The MLZS family’s hearts soared with happiness and pride as gems of our school outshined in their performance. The sports team of MLZS, Ratlam participated in the Inter-School Sports Tournament held in Himalaya International School under the flagship of Hub of Learning. They were admired for most discipline team spirit of players and also marked their presence by defeating many teams and being the first runner ups. The presence of our Respected Principal Ma’am motivated their spirits. 27th November’19: National Level Skating competition Tanishka Dave of grade 1selected for National Level Skating competition at Belgavi, Karnataka organised by CBSE New Delhi. 12th Feburary’20: 22nd-Khel Chetna Mela'2020 Students of MLZS,Ratlam participated in "22nd-Khel Chetna Mela'2020 organised by Mr.Chetan Kashyap from 19th January to 21st January. In Skating Competition "Under 14 category-boys”, Varun Singh Rathore of grade VIII-B” and in Under-12 category-girls Nitakshi Chaudhary nailed the first position. In Junior Badminton Tournament- Team event. The team of girls of MLZS impressed everybody and became the Runner Up. 11th Feburary’20: Tug of War and Football Competition "As we go on, we remember, all the times we had together." As the session 2019-20 came to an end, students of MLZS, Ratlam rejuvenated themselves with the spirit of Team-building, honesty, integrity and sportsmanship. The students from grade 1 to 6 enjoyed Tug of War whereas grade 7 to 11 students gamboled with football

27th March’ 19: Colouring, Art & Painting Competition To encourage students to pursue the creative side of the learning process and to enhance their imagination, Department of Arts organized Colouring, Art and Painting Competition for students of grade II to XII. The competition was like an extravaganza for the little painters, as they used their brilliance in painting. 03rd April’ 19: Origami Competition “Humans are blessed with the creative skill and imagination to transform the most monotonous image to a vibrant and spirited composition. “ To enhance the creative skills of students, an Origami Competition was conducted among the students of Grade I to IV. The hands worked smoothly and efficiently and created masterpieces. 20th April’19: Card Making Competition Cards are one way to express emotions!!! The students of grade 1st and 2nd participated in Card Making competition, conducted in Mount Litera Zee School, Ratlam, with great enthusiasm. The aim was to provide them the opportunity to paint their imagination. 27th April’19: Caricature Activity Caricature competition was conducted on the theme “Save Earth, Save Water” for students of grades V-XII, in order to nurture the budding artists and graph up their thinking skills. It was a delightful experience for the young stars to be complimented for their amazing creativity in the form of cartoons. 10th August’19: Cartoon Making Competition Cartoon making generates strong empathy in children. Re-animating the contrasting imagination of students, cartoon making competition was held for students of grades 1 to 4. The competition was open for all the students. The participants were asked to make cartoons based on alphabets and numbers. It was a buoyant activity. 11th October’19: Rangoli Making Competition “Rangoli signifies colour and festivities and exhibits one’s flair for the art.” To develop an aesthetic sense amongst children and to make them think and work creatively, an Inter-house Rangoli Competition was organized. Students of grades 3rd to 8th participated in it and displayed their bewildering imagination and hand-work. 11th October’19: Flower Making Competition Flower- making involves moving the hands and fingers. These movements involve fine motor skills and improve the overall muscle strength and control over movements. So, to gradually increase the motor skills, Flower- making competition was organized for students of grades 1st and 2nd, they showed their skills in making beautiful flowers. 24th October’19: Candle Decoration Competition

“May the People Walking in Darkness See the Dawn of Glorious Light?” An inter-house Candle-decorating competition was held among the students of grades 1 to 3. In this event, students used their creativity and imagination to come out with decorative designs of candles, using waste material. Workshop for Parents and Guardians:

In order to involve parents and guardians in the venture of grooming and shaping students in a

collaborative way, workshops were organized on, which were well attended, with parents and guardians

concurring with the system and ethos of the institution, and affirming their solidarity and cooperation for

the same. Career Counseling sessions were conducted for students, where their parents and guardians

were also present. These helped students to make informed choices of the paths ahead, which they

needed to take for their pursuits.

Other Highlights:-

A landmark event was the hosting of SAHODAYA SCHOOLS MEET by MLZS Ratlam, on 11/01/2020.Schools

functioning in Ratlam city, coming under the Sahodaya Group took part in the meet, discussing, and

deciding on vital issues concerning the administration of the schools and students’ welfare.

This is the Annual Report for the year 2019-2020. The staff and students of Mount Litera Zee School,

Ratlam, is ever grateful to the Management for the constant guidance, inspiration and support provided

time to time. Well laid plans have been chalked for the forthcoming academic session. Keeping abreast

of changing trends and scenarios, the institution is prepared to perform better, in full throttle, and with

full zeal. To work for the students’ growth, development and welfare, we are committed and dedicated.
