²  Virtual online learning (40 hours) - 4 hours per month for 10 months. Involves attending virtual online classes.

²  Self-Study (100 hours) involving self study of theories associated with Movement Based Somatic Therapy & physical practice of the principles of movement

²  Clinical Practice (200 hours) involving supervised placement in one or more allied health settings.
