OMOLOGAZIONE MINISTERIALE 1IMAtto con il quale il Ministero dell’Interno decreta uno speci-fico modello di seduta conforme ai criteri definiti dal D.M. 26/06/1984 e successivo D.M. 03/09/2001 “Classificazio-ne di reazione al fuoco e omologazione dei materiali ai fini della prevenzione incendi”. L’omologazione è obbligatoria per l’arredo di aree pubbliche e per tutte le attività soggette alla prevenzione incendi quali sale congressi, bar, ristoranti, ospedali, hotel, mense, ecc...

EN 1728La norma specifica i metodi di prova per la determinazione della resistenza e della durabilità della struttura di tutti i tipi di sedute.

EN 1335 1-2-3La norma definisce i requisiti dimensionali, di sicurezza e pre-stazionali richiesti per le “sedie da lavoro per ufficio”, nonché i relativi metodi di prova. I requisiti presenti nella norma si basano sull’utilizzo della seduta per 8 ore al giorno da parte di persone fino a 110 kg.

EN 12727La norma specifica i requisiti ed i metodi di prova che de-terminano la resistenza e la durata strutturale di tutti i tipi di sedute su barra che sono fissate al pavimento e/o a pareti in modo permanente, sia sotto forma di panchine che di sedie singole.

EN 16139La norma specifica i requisiti per la sicurezza, la resistenza e la durata per tutti i tipi di sedute non domestiche per adulti, incluse le “sedie per visitatori”.

D. Lgs 81La seduta è conforme a quanto prescritto dal Testo Unico sulla sicurezza sul lavoro: rispondenza alla norma 1335 nella parte 1-2-3; regolazione in altezza del sedile e dello schie-nale e del supporto lombare; inclinazione dello schienale; rispondenza almeno alla Tip. B della EN 1335-1.

UNI 8591La norma determina la prova di durata alla rotazione del se-dile.

UNI 9083La norma stabilisce un metodo per la verifica della resistenza alla caduta delle sedie e degli sgabelli.

UNI 9084La norma determina la prova di durata del meccanismo per la regolazione in altezza del sedile.

TIP. ALe sedie sono catalogate in 3 diverse tipologie (A, B, C) in base a specifiche caratteristiche dimensionali. La Tip. A pre-vede i requisiti dimensionali più restrittivi, rispetta maggior-mente le dimensioni antropometriche dal 5% al 95% della popolazione.

UNI EN 9175 Classe 1IMLa norma definisce i criteri ed i metodi per la classificazione di reazione al fuoco di mobili imbottiti sottoposti a piccola fiamma. I materiali imbottiti sono suddivisi nelle classi da 1IM a 3IM; classe 1IM è la più severa.

EN 12727The norm defines the requirements and test methods deter-mining the resistance and structural durability of beam seat fixed permanently on the floor and/or wall either in the form of benches or single seats.

EN 16139The norm defines the safety, resistance and durability require-ments of every type of non-domestic chair, also for the visitor chair.

D. Lgs 81The chair complies with the requirements indicated by the Consolidated Law on safety at work: compliance with the norm 1335 in the parts 1-2-3; height adjustment of the seat, the backrest and lumbar support; inclination of backrest; compliance at least with Type B of EN 1335-1.

UNI 8591The norm defines the durability test to the rotation of the seat.

UNI 9083The norm defines the method for testing the resistance to the fall of chairs and stools.

UNI 9084The norm determines the durability test of the mechanism for the height adjustment of the seat.

TIP. AChairs are catalogued into 3 different types (A,B,C) accordin-gly to specific dimensional features. Type A has the strictest dimensional requirements and it is the type that respects the most the anthropometric dimension from 5% up to 95% of the population.

UNI EN 9175 Classe 1IMThe regulation defines the criteria and classification methods of upholstered furniture subject to small flame. The uphol-stered materials are divided into 3 classes from 1IM to 3IM; Class 1IM is the strictest.
