HIGH SCHOOL OPTIONS Magnet Schools and Career and Technical

Academics (CTA) High School Program Themes (page 18) Students must complete an application(s) Eligibility may be determined by factors such as academic

performance, test scores, attendance and conduct.

College of Southern Nevada High School Students take required classes with CCSD teachers and elective

classes with College of Southern Nevada instructors. Students earn both high school and college credit for classes.

Be a Nevada resident for at least two of your high school years.

Graduate from a Nevada high school with a 3.25 GPA or higher and the core curriculum.

The core curriculum includes (4 English, 4 Math – including Algebra II, 3 Natural Science, 3 Social Science & History = 14 units)
