about Bob Phillips Bob is an experienced project management consultant and mentor with over 30 years industry experience and has worked for a diverse range of companies such as the BBC, Credit Suisse, Shell UK Oil, Philips Medical and Eurotunnel. Bob is fascinated with why some projects succeed- and many more fail- and has actually made the turn-around of failing projects his speciality. He believes that any project whether small or large profits from a systematic understanding of the fundamental principles of successful projects and has shared his insights in a number of project management courses. This MPNE workshop will focus on the specific needs of Melanoma patient advocates who predominantly work as highly-motivated volunteers with limited financial and personal resources and who want to use their limited time as effectively as possible to make a difference for Melanoma patients.
