MPTC Grants Calendar 2019-2020

The calendars are color coded as follows:

Notes:

• This calendar reflects submission deadlines for the grant review process for state grants and due dates for existing grant initiatives.

• This calendar does not reflect the development process for any new grants. The Grant Development & Management Guide will reflect this information. Please remember:

o Concept & Investigation approval form due 30 days prior to grant due date o Project Development Checklist and Personnel Costing Worksheet due prior to grant submitted to GO

• Drafts will be sent out on a rolling basis to the Vice Presidents as they are ready. The dates on the calendar are the final deadline dates.

• Any grants not indicated on the calendar will require two days of review between the Grant Manager (GM) and the Grants Office (GO), with

an additional five days allowed for review by the VPs.

• All data requests must be made to Institutional Effectiveness at least 4-6 weeks prior for all requests (data, surveys, market research, etc.). Go to Employee tab, Employee Tools, and click on Requests-Institutional Research to submit an IR Request.
