College Visits● Make appointments in advance!● To arrange for limited-excused absence:

– Your parent should call the attendance center (263-0611) in advance to arrange for a “limited excuse absence”

– The college's personnel should provide a statement on school letterhead. Return this to the attendance center.

● You should apply in the fall of your senior year.– Pay attention to deadlines. Each college is different!

● Apply online. You’ll get results quicker!

● Send your transcript. Request forms are available in the counseling office. $1.00 charge per transcript.

● Before 5th week (Sept. 23)– No notation on transcript– May only drop for a study hall

● 6th week through 10th week (Oct. 28)– WP = Withdraw passing / WF= Withdraw failing– May only drop for a study hall

● After 10th week will not be allowed to drop
