Our ClassroomOur Classroom RESPECT is the key term for this classroom. We

are each a respected part of this classroom and we must give each person respect. To earn respect you must show respect. When you come to class prepared and on time, you are showing respect. When you treat others with kindness, you are showing respect. When you use good manners, you are showing respect. So please, respect your teachers, your classmates and most importantly, respect yourself. Remember…we are a family that is respectful and that is how we will work.

Classroom FamilyClassroom Family

Our classroom is a family. In our family, we help each other to get the best education possible and to learn at our greatest capacity. In order to function as effectively as possible, every family must have rules. In this family, every rule revolves around being RESPECTFUL.

Our class rule is: BE RESPECTFUL by being responsible, organized, punctual, prepared and kind.

HomeworkHomework Completing and turning in homework is

very important in 8th grade! Homework is a great way to reinforce what is

learned during the school day or to preview what will be learned.

The amount of homework given is determined by each teacher.

Homework is expected on the due date.

Classroom Classroom DonationsDonations

Parents help keep our classroom running! Donating items to our classroom ensures that students have access to all the supplies they need throughout the school year. Some items that can be donated are:

Tissues (we use a ton!) Paper Towels Hand Sanitizer Pencils Markers Highligters Glue (small bottles or sticks are best) Poster board (full or half size)*It would be great if each family could donate

at least one box of tissues and just one of the other items on the list.

Thank you for your support!
