The payment will be made without any deduction except those provided for on a compulsory basis by law or which have been agreed expressly by the parties in writing. The final costs incurred in the payment method shall be assumed in full by the Purchaser.4.3 Except where a delivery date is expressly indicated as an essential term, the term of delivery shall not be considered essential.Any delay in the delivery of the supply for reasons beyond the scope of responsibility of the Vendor shall not entitle it to change the maturities or payment conditions agreed with the Purchaser.
