Poetry Project Instructions In your Poetry Project you must include one example of each of the types of poetry we have studied:

- Haiku - Cinquain - Diamante - Limerick - Acrostic - Free Verse - Concrete

Each poem will be worth 10 points. You will not be graded on how “good” your poem is. We will be looking to make sure you followed all the rules for each type of poem. Each poem should be on a separate page, and you should illustrate the page. In addition to the poems, you will need to include the following:

- Cover page with your name and illustration on it - Page numbers on each page and Table of Contents - All About Me page (the last page of your project)

These three items are work 10 points each. Remember, neatness counts! If we can’t read your poem, we won’t be able to see how wonderful it is! On the following page is a sample Table of Contents. You may use this sample for your project or create your own. Enjoy creating your poetry!
