Outer cladding from 1.5mm sheets and inner lining 0.8mm. a. 19” Mounting columns made from 1.5mm stainless steel sheets. b. Earth bars 25cm made from red electrical copper, purity 99.9% c. Rubber steel-reinforced gaskets to tighten all the doors openings. d. Insulation material PEF in between the double layers to enhance the heat insulation. e. 3-point locks. 2. Surface treatment: Galvanized steel, painted with electrostatic outdoor powder, Ral 7035. 3. Enclosure includes 19” and 21” mounting facilities, and 3 isolated batteries compartments. Back panel ventilation slots for releasing harmful gas generated by batteries. 4. Enclosure includes two front doors for the two separated compartments and one side door for the side MDF compartment. One side window at the other side for consumption meter inspection. 5. Door Opening Angle: The door-opening angle is larger than 110° and the door limit device controls the opening angle. The lock is theft proof three-point lock. Enclosure includes open door sensors. 6. Enclosure is dustproof and rainproof as it is used in outdoor environment. 7. Equipment compartment Separated from both the battery compartment and power supply compartment for better heat insulation of the equipment compartment and temperature control. Special windows in the intermediate walls for cables traffic. 8. Earth bars: Fixed in the bottom layer of the 3 compartments. 9. Separated cable entrance openings for power, data and optical cables. 10. Enclosure is assembly installation design. 11. Insulation material: Polyethylene foam. 12. Index of Protection (IP): 55 13.
