As a graduate of this M.Sc. program, you will be qualified to... • provide quantitative analytical methods for process analysis, continuous improvement, and design of production systems • design, direct, optimize, and monitor production processes, such as lean buffering design, efficient raw material processing, and product quality • develop and improve mathematical modeling of serial production lines and assembly systems in manufacturing process • analyze modeling results to improve the manufacturing performance and to identify process bottlenecks or buffering issues • select or develop the adequate innovative production machines and assembly systems for state-of-the-art manufacturing planning.
