financially weak and could not pay their school

their zakat money to reimburse the fee of students
who belong to poor families and are unable to

An amount of rupees 15 lakhs has been spent
for this scheme so far.
We have found that many brilliants students
drop out of school due to financial problem. We
have seen that despite being meritorious
students, their poor parents discontinue their
studies. We have taken this step when such things
came to our notice.
None of the students should discontinue their

Management plans to utilizes this fund to help
those who deserve zakat as per Quran and
Hadith. We also intend to help in Relief work and

introduced first time and tries to cover the live
activities of MSians through photos. There is a
famous maxim in English language that says A
picture is worth a 1000 words. Instead of
describing the events through words we tried
to convey the emotions and
actions through pictures. Each
photo is accompanied with a
brief caption to explain the event.
Moreover there are some of the live moments

On a hot sunny day, Akbar decided to go out to have
an ice-cream. “Where are you going?”, Akbar's mother said to
Akbar.
“I'm going out for an ice-cream, on my bicycle, replied Akbar.
“Ok dear, come back soon”, said Akbar's mother.
As Akbar set off with his bicycle, Akbar's eyes could not get
out of sight, when he saw an old man trying to wear his foot wear.
Akbar stopped his bicycle, and went to the old man, and asked
him that if he needed some help. The old man looked at him and
replied “Yes, my boy, I need you to fit this shoes. I'm an aged man,
it hurts when I try to bend, it aches my back a lot.
Dear boy if you'd be so kind, please help me” said the old
man to Akbar. Akbar, with no hesitation fitted the shoes, then the
old man thanked the boy, and left. The next day, at the
assembly, Akbar's name was announced for giving the generous
card of the month.
Akbar was confused, but then he found that a teacher was
present near the scene of Akbar and the old man, and saw the
whole thing.
The teacher was pleased with Akbar and she talked with the
principal for giving Akbar” the generous card of the month”.
Moral:
People can earn a lot of good deeds, just by being generous.
For instance, how Akbar helped the old man just by fitting a shoe
in his feet, but it makes in return a huge gratitude.

Everything we do in a day, in fact lifetime; begins
with intention. We intend to get up, dress ourselves
and go to school. We intend to take stairs instead of
lift. Have salad for lunch and enjoy with friends. But
the fact is we begin with intentions. We make choices
every day.
As far as I believe, the result of the intention is
sometimes positive and sometimes help us to
improve something we're not good at. Every day is a
new chance to begin with the intent of having a
great and a happy day.
We should start our day with the mindset that we
will be successful today with a good attitude. “Our
intention creates our reality – Wayne Dyer. Every
morning you have two choices either to continue to
sleep with your dreams or to wake up, make intention
to chase the dreams because intention leads to
behavior which leads to habits which leads to
personality development which leads to DESTINY
So wake up every morning and remind yourself – 'I
can do this' with positive intentions to better yourself
and the lives of those around you because incredible
things can happen as long as you keep your mind
open and your intentions pure. Just try to make
intention for 28 days, which consumes 1 minute each
day. It will turn into your habit and surely this habit can
make your destiny beautiful!!!

Abadi Bano Begum, who was
popular known as 'Bi Amma' was
one of the prominent voices of the
freedom struggle in the Indian
sub-continent. Not only was she
one of the first Muslim woman to
participate in politics actively, she
was also a revolutionary who had
a strong desire to see her country
free from the British rule.
Bi Amma was born in 1850 in a
nationalist family of Uttar Pradesh
whose family members suffered
great losses during the revolt of
1857. She was married to Abdul Ali
Khan, who was a senior official in
Rampur state.
Bi Amma had one daughter

at a young age. She raised her

the value of nationalism in them.
Her son Muhammad Ali was a
prolific English and Urdu writer and
one of the founding members of
the All India Muslim League.
Both Muhammed Ali and his
brother Shaukat Ali were among
the prominent figures of Khilafat

her son was in jail, she toured the
country addressing the people in
large numbers inspiring them to

All her life, she believed in strict

the country people on behalf of
her ja i led son in 1917, she

It was in fact, the first time that
a Muslim woman addressed a

Khilafat movement and freedom

woman to join the cause. As a
result of her tireless efforts, the

“An eye for an eye makes the
whole world blind” was a famous
quotation by Mahatma Gandhi.
Mahatma Gandhi was polite,
patient and most of all a non-
violent person. He felt that by
harming others, we are not doing
anything more than harming
ourselves.
Today we can see that the
world is moving in a violent
d i r e c t i o n , w h e r e p o w e r i s
everything. But we must make sure
that we are moving in a non-
violent direction. We must also
encourage others to follow the
same path as we do. According to
me tolerance and non-violence
are highly applicable today. First
of all people must reduce the
threat of nuclear war. We must
also protect those people who are
suffering from war. We must also
promote peace movements.
There are many ways in which
we can live a tolerant and non-
violent life. But people still like to
have a violent life. We must be
different. We must always follow
the path of non-violence.

non-violence,
is it applicable
today?”
Once upon a time there lived an
ant named Sheenu with her family.
She was hard working and lived very
happily with her family. They made
their ant hills and stayed in that ant
hill. Every day a colony of ants
gathered in a place and discussed
how to collect food.
One day, a colony of ants were
going to collect the food. While going
they heard some noise. The noise was
becoming louder and louder.
Suddenly a herd of elephants
appeared and that was marching
towards their colony. They destroyed
the ant's hills and also killed many
ants. Sheenu, the ant was safe by
Allah's will. But her family was also
killed in this incident.
Now, she was left all alone. But
she thanked Allah in this condition
also. And she said, “Alhamdulillah!!”
Moral: We should thank Allah in
every condition whether good or
bad.

“Be deaf to negative thoughts if your aim is to reach your goal”
Once upon a time, a frog was standing under the tree. He thought to see
the forest from the top so he decided to reach the top of the tree. His friends
were also standing under the tree. The frog started climbing upon the tree. His
friends discouraged him by saying that he can't do it. But he continued
climbing upon the tree. His friends screamed that he could not do it. But the
frog reached the top of the tree.
How was it possible? It was possible because the frog was deaf. He thought
that everyone was encouraging him to reach at the top. But, actually his friends
were discouraging him by saying that it's impossible for him to reach the top of
the tree. So the moral of the story is: “Be deaf to negative thoughts, if your aim is
to reach your GOAL”. Syeda Mariya Jabeen, Shahalibanda.

To get a good report card,
One has to do exercises
To get medals and prizes
Boys and girls here
don't scream
We all work together
as a team
Students here don't waste
their time in gossips
But try their best to keep
the promises…..

Hyderabad: The ardent English
Fiesta anchored the final harbour
on the Republic Day after a
voyage of 3 months. Its journey
began with the random selection
of students giving emphasis to the
house system prevailing in MS
schools. The topic of this year's
fiesta was 'Patriotism'.
The selection of this theme
e n h a n c e d a n d p r o m o t e d
patriotic spirit among the younger
generation. This zealous event
paid tribute to those unsung or
unknown Muslim heroes who have
made a remarkable contribution
in this epic India's struggle for
independence but have been
somewhere lost in the Indian
history and remained in the
shadows.
For ex: Husain Ahmad Madani;
Syed Abid Hassan Safrani; Abadi
Bano Begum; Mahmud al-Hasan;
Rafi Ahmad Kidwai and many
more. One student from each
house; from each class and from
each branch was selected for
each event, at the corporate
office by the Head of the English

selection opened

popularity.
This mega event organized
competitions of two types – Oral
and Written. Six types of written
events spread themselves over a
period of one and a half month.
They became the embell-
ishment of most Saturdays and
were confined to Intra branch
leve l s . They were p roper l y
planned and organized well at
the branches.
The eight oral events were
taken up very enthusiastically.
Topics like : Patriotism in Islam; Role
of Muslims during partition; Islam
promotes nationalism; India: An
emerging power in the world-
were also included in the ocean of
topics.
The event 'Odyssey of Mind'
was the lofty event of this Fiesta.
The topics - Protect ing our
Heritage: Maintenance and
a w a r e n e s s o f
monuments and
C o n t r i b u t i o n i n
Literacy - 'Each one
teach one'- were
truly justified.
Students participating in the
oral events went through a series
of skimming & churning for a
period of one and a half months.
The par t ic ipant s had to
undergo Intra branch prelims
followed by Inter branch Semi–
fi n a l s . 1 6 5 1 p a r t i c i p a n t s
competed at 4 different venues (2
for boys and 2 for girls) in the Inter
b ranch semi - fina l s on 19 th
January 2018.
Then the cream of the Fiesta
h a d t o f a c e t h e t o u g h e s t
competition at the Inter zonal
finals held on 26th Jan 2018.
The 200 winners of the semi -
finals faced each other again at 2
venues (one for boys and one for
girls) at the Inter zonal finals held
on 26th Jan 2018. One hundred
students were the winners of this
mega fiesta.
The theme patriotism reflected
the patriotic feelings of the
students highlighting the Muslim
unsung heroes and their valuable
contr ibution in the freedom
struggle.
Rough Diamonds would easily
be passed up on the beach,
looking like nothing more than
broken glass that may have
washed up on the shore. The
famous beauty of a diamond only
appears after a fine cleaving.
Our teachers have polished
those raw diamonds into sparkling
and lustrous fine diamonds.
Random selection of students
transformed the uncut diamonds
into treasured gems.
This Fiesta also aroused the
patriotic feelings among the
MSians (students of MS)

You ain't no longer a
common girl
Got dreams precious
than a pearl
No matter, the expectations
are how high
You have to do it
before you die.
Keep away from all those
glitters which are no gold
Because your love and
respect are not to be sold
Increase your focus
and try harder
Because in the race of life,
there is no ladder.
Find a way to light
In all darkness, make
your own light.
Keep your heart filled with fire.
Kill all those desires
because it's a liar, Lie
One day, these sleepless nights.
Will help you reach the
greatest heights.
The reasons to walk away
will be a billion.
But you have to become
the one in a million!

There is a Creator Who is Almighty
All knowing and all watching
Nothing can be hidden from His eye.
Someone in joy and someone in sigh.
There is a Creator Who is Almighty
All knowing and all watching
He is the Lord of the universe
He made the earth from molten ball
And made beautiful nature and water fall.
There is a Creator Who is Almighty
All knowing and all watching
He made animals and human beings
Who sent prophets and Quran for preaching
Guided human to right path and revealed
the truth of life through his teachings.
There is a Creator Who is Almighty
All knowing and all watching
He made satan with fire
And ordered him to bow in front of
Adam, made by mire; satan denied
Almighty in anger threw him out of Paradise
There is a Creator Who is Almighty
All knowing and all watching
So follow my advice
To achieve Paradise
Be honest and loyal to your Almighty

TO MY MENTORS…… ONE IN A MILLIONTHE CREATORA Preacher of education is
what you are,
Just a teacher is what I thought
you were.
I never knew you would make
such difference in my life,
You always taught me to strive
I was a loser upon whom you
showed pity,
You made me a chooser of
my own destiny.
I'll remember all the lessons
taught by you,
I'll make sure that they are
always in view.
I promise you dear teacher that
I'll never let you down,
I'll always place you high up
on the mount.
I pledge that I'll work harder and
stronger with all my might,
Till I am in everyone's sight.
People speak of remembering
you very often,
But I bet I'll remember you till I lie
in my coffin.
Just another human is what you
are to the world,
But a great teacher is what
you are to me.

Winds of excellence from MS Junior College ! Soothing parents, teachers and community at once
An Internal Publication of MS Education Academy
Dr. Syed Misbahuddin
Hyderabad : Perfection is a myth but what we can achieve is
excellence. Thanks to Almighty, MS Education Academy proved it time
and again. Starting with a baby step in 1991, MS has been meeting all
challenges to push community's expectations further by delivering
exceptional results. 27 years on MS stands tall with humility, excellence
and vision. Bagging State 1st rank this year not only in Intermediate First
year with 437 out of 440 but also in Intermediate Second year with 991
out of 1000 is a testimony to this claim.
To bolster further, it's not just couple of ranks but a saga of
achievement with more than 14 students scoring 99% and above, 134
students above 98%, 625 students above 95% and 1252 students
breaking the boundaries of 90% and above.
Director Afzalur Rahman reported that Sania Fatima d/o Abdul
Waheed (HT No. 1860116102) scored 437/440 while Sara Zareen d/o
Zahooruddin (HT No. 1860117858), Tazakka Juwana d/o Abdul Jabbar
(HT No. 1860119122), Summaiya Mohsin d/o Md Jahangir (HT No.

students Senior Director Moazzam Hussain mentioned many
unbelievable stories of setting records, busting myths and breaking
boundaries to stand tall against all odds in their difficult lives.
It's not sheer luck rather fruits of a passion driven system that is based
on handpicked faculty, minutely crafted schedule with trackers, deeply
researched study material, committed Management and potential
students commented Associate Director Sadiq Ali. While motivating
students in valedictory function he mentioned, the entire system is tuned
to identify varying talent, interest and aptitude of the students and
designing individualized study plan for them to perform accordingly.
In this utopian inspired society, where everyone wants to be a
topper, we believe in imparting values and spirit to sacrifice. We train
students to be contributors by helping them dedicate sometime for
literacy campaign, patriotic activities and social service thereby
'preparing world worthy individuals'.

Special supplement for summer vacation
WORLDAN INTERNAL PUBLICATION OF MS EDUCATION ACADEMY
Summer holidays is a time when children get enough time to
indulge in fun-filled activities, participate in adventure sports,
family outings and lots more. At a time when urbanised middle-
class nuclear families with both the parents working are
witnessing a rise in their disposable income, summer camps are
emerging as a viable alternative to help kids develop good
personality traits and skill sets that can be useful for them life-
long.
Following are some of the learnings offered by summer
camps to children: Teamwork: At summer camps, kids learn to
work together to achieve a goal. It helps them to understand
the importance of team work and help them become a team
player. Through the teamwork activities at summer camps,
students discover and realise the true value of relationships. They
learn that the team gets benefitted as a whole when mutual
support is strengthened. Each child as an individual empowers
him/herself to contribute towards the success of the group as a
whole.
Self-Motivation: At summer camps, activities like ropes
course are conducted to inculcate fighting spirit in children.
Summer camp activities are designed in a way to help kids
endure setbacks, try new things, and see how improvement
comes when they give something another try. As they proceed
through the course their confidence builds, and in turn they accomplish
a task that seems impossible. Children’s accomplishments act as a
catalyst and empower them to tackle a more challenging task.
Decision Making: Experience gained at the summer camps provide
children an opportunity to become self-reliable immensely confident to
take decisions on their own in any adverse situation.
Flexible to Changes: Summer camps enable kids to try new things by
putting themselves out there. They improve themselves to obtain
desired results. Living in tents, cooking food, climbing ropes, and
overcoming obstacles are life accomplishments that kids are nurtured
within a camp. These skills help in building character and boosting
courage and determination of the children. At home amidst all the
luxuries, it is tough to enhance confidence, courage and flexibility.
Countering an unpleasant or unfamiliar situation at summer camps
provides an opportunity to children to grow in ways they never would by
remaining confined in their comfort zone Future Ready Summer camps
help children gain self-confidence as they learn new
skills, in a safe and secure environment. The camps let children
develop a variety of social skills like communication, conflict resolution
ability and make them future ready.
Why Summer Camps are important?
