Optional Auto-shuttle feature for sealing tray uses servo drive for repeatability. Two hand latching safety start coupled with swing gate for operator safety. EZ light safety start buttons are located on adjustable arms to provide the best ergonomic conditions for the operator.

Starview’s MS/PH1 Series single-station �oor model shuttle type heat sealers are designed for small to medium volume production requirements. Standard machines are available with 14” x 18”, 18” x 24” and 24” x 36” sealing areas. These machines are speci�cally designed for medical applications using foils, medical paper, Tyvek and other heat sealable lidstock. These high- quality machines are ideal for start-up companies, back up equipment, cellular production lines or low volume in-house packaging. MS/PH1 Series machines are one (1) operator shuttle type sealers utilizing quick-change sealing �xtures.
For machines capable of higher production rates please consider Starview’s ERB/PH Series and FAB/PH Series Rotary Sealing Machines as well as our CBS/PH Series inline conveyor machines.
