MEMBER WARNING: A second recent attack on a MTAR REALTOR mem-ber has occurred in the Monteagle area, and currently no suspect has been ap-prehended. A female REALTOR was tending to a vacant foreclosure property when she was attacked from behind inside the house by a male suspect. Identi-fication of the attacker is pending. After beating her head into the wall to subdue her, he spun her around and attempted to yank at her jeans. She had the Ninja Spike tool in her jeans pocket, and she believes that when he felt that, he believed it was a gun and ran off. Though dazed and in-jured, she was saved by having the tool in her pocket. She is recovering, but wants all members to be safe, and aware, and pro-active. Inasmuch as the suspect has not been captured, you are advised to be particularly careful and very aware of your surroundings and be prepared. The other recent attack was on a male MTAR member from a male client in a domestic violence situation/transaction. Our member safety is paramount, and we want to help you protect yourself and others. If you would like a safety up-date for your office, please contact Candy for options and contacts. Additional-ly, your REALTOR Store has Ninja Spikes and other safety tools available to you.

YOUR OFFER DATES: September 1-15, 2019 YOUR ACTION: Join the REACH Insight Panel & Complete one Demo of a REACH 2019 Company YOUR REWARD: Receive exclusive discounts & offers from each of the 8 REACH 2019 companies
The REACH Insight Panel was created for real estate profession-als like you to help improve your business and the real estate industry. Test out new products and provide feedback so that the tools and services are customized for YOU! After demoing one or more products and completing a brief survey, you will receive ex-clusive offers from the companies. National Association of Realtors® created REACH to build a bridge between Realtors® and today’s top new technology companies. If you are looking to take your business to the next level, the REACH companies can help you get there. We know how hard it is to sort through the thousands of technology companies out there to find the ones that can truly help you save time and earn more in your business. The REACH companies represent this year’s top technology companies and have been identi-fied and selected to participate in the program because we feel they have the potential to add tremendous value to you as members and the industry as a whole.
