QUALITIES OF A TRAINER
ENTHUSIAISTIC
• THE TRAINER SHOULD APPEAR ENTHUSIATIC AND RADIATE LIVELINESS THROUGH WORDS, ACTIONS AND BEHAVIOUR
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
• During implementation of training programme, anxiety, tensions, pressures will surround the trainer but the trainer should have the ability and focus on training programme under pressure.
SINCERTY AND OPENNESS
• Trainers need to be sincere and open only then will the participants would appreciate the trainer’s sincerity and openness and the trainers need to remember that they are under scrutiny even out of the trainning activities
FLEXIBILITY• Flexibility here
means that the trainer should be sensitive to the need of the group and the demands of the training programme
TRANSFER OF KNOWLEDGE
A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR
• A good sense of humor does not mean that the trainer should crack jokes or clown instead it is the ability to keep the environment relaxed, informal and learner friendly.

be open to the trainee’s opinion, the trainer should acknowledge and recognise good contribution which is the key quality of a trainer
