Telecom Vertical:

MTS Infonet is pioneer in telecom rack solution for all standard ETSI cabinet to outdoor

customized cabinet we have been manufacturing such cabinets to our various customers

across county for various telecom applications.

Some of the telephone applications asked IP rating cabinets like dust proof, water proof

cabinets. In order to safeguard the equipments from natural effects and synergize the

equipment operations, we customize the cabinets based on the outer environment effects

like temperature, humidity, dust, water, heat etc. hence we design the cabinet keeping all

such factors in mind from IP 20 to IP 65 Rating in order to minimizing the negative

environment effects to the equipment running inside the cabinets.

Contract Manufacturing:

MTS Infonet Media Pvt. Ltd. do undertakes contract manufacturing of customised

enclosures and miscellaneous sheet metal products for IT/ITES, Telecom and General

Electronics, Automobiles, Electrical panel segments. In this endeavour MTS Infonet is

uniquely equipped by virtue of its world class manufacturing facilities that are backed by

16 years of expertise, and a team of qualified professionals.

Manufacturing and R&D MTS Infonet two manufacturing facilities are introducing the world standard 19-inch

enclosure technology. Our product development unit provides design and engineering

facilities & design tools, for designing its products, with a total of 49,4,57 sq ft of fully

equipped with modern manufacturing Machines in India.

MTS Infonet’s manufacturing facilities at Delhi and Greater Nodia are equipped with

state of- the-art Machines like CNC Punching Machine ( Muratec Japan 2048 ST) 32

Stations High Speed Machine equipped with all complicated design tools, which provide




us access to design any complicated design on sheet metal product. CNC Bending

Machine (Hindustan Hydrolic EHP -110 31/25) Computer operated CNC bending and

sharing machine provide us speed cannel to work process for production capacity along

with accuracy. Hydraulic Bending, Punching, Power Press, etc. are also accomplishing the

space for small medium work in miscellaneous sheet metal products. we have got all state

of the art welding machines to comply the product with all industrial norms like Mig

welding, spot welding, grinding, hydraulic and power cutters.

In addition to manufacturing we have installed computer operated pre testing plant for

Optimum utilization of resources. Thus manpower gives us prompt results as per our

planning and set formulas as well as matching equipment for surface preparation and

Decorative finishes. All operations are controlled in-house through a full-fledged

Computer aided manufacturing system. With new tradition of innovative manufacturing,

we have added a state-of-the-art Powder coating plant, which includes a spray pre-

treatment process, and Powder Coating system. This facility ensures highly consistent

quality levels. Our Assembly unit has govt all modern packing and preparation testing

system which provides us quality check before the material dispatched to the customer

location.

It also provides us with the confidence that we can consistently provide you world-class

products, and also a full range of accessories and other optional items designed to meet your application requirements.
