Ÿ Manufactured under API 7-K and ISO 9001 certificates, our bi-metallic high chrome liner consists of the industry standard steel (forged or tubing) outer shell and centrifugally-spun high chrome sleeve. All liners are CNC machined complete, sleeve shrink fit and honed at our API and ISO certified factory.

Ÿ For the harshest drilling conditions, we offer a premium Zirconia-Ceramic sleeved HP-style liner. Its ceramic’s wear and heat-resistant properties are unmatched in today’s marketplace. Not only these liners last longer, but running Zirconia-sleeved liners in your pump will double the life of your piston (as compared with standard chrome-sleeved liner).

Valves and Seats

Our valves and seats are manufactured at American Manufacturing plant in Minnesota. Urethane inserts are manufactured at their molded products factory in Houston - TX, where the final product is also assembled.

All modules are quality control inspected on CMM laser-node equipment to ensure exact adherence to tolerance and design specs.All fluid end modules are completely compatible and interchangeable with OEM pumps.
