Please make an appointment with a member of our experienced Wedding Team to discuss your requirements and date availability. Subject to your date being available we will hold the date provisionally for you for a maximum of 14 days
Deposit PaymentsA deposit of £1000 is required to secure all wedding bookings. 50% of your total estimated wedding cost will be required 6 months prior to your wedding day.Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day and final numbers are due 10 days prior to the wedding.
ConfirmationOnce we receive your deposit and a signed copy of our wedding terms and conditions, confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you. This will confirm the date you have booked and details of what happens next.
After ConfirmationWe recommend that you take out wedding insurance. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances leading to you having to cancel or make date changes to a wedding booking. Wedding insurance will cover the cancellation charges that will be raised. These charges are outlined in our wedding terms and conditions. We are always here to answer any questions or queries over the telephone or via email. Should you wish to visit the hotel in person with any queries or for a show around, we kindly request you make an appointment so we can allocate time to you.
After the 14 days we will require a provisional booking to be confirmed by deposit along with a signed copy of our wedding contract and terms and conditions. Provisional reservations not confirmed within the 14 day period will be released.
Please be aware should you wish to hold your wedding ceremony at the hotel it will also be necessary for you to contact the local registrar to confirm their availability to perform your ceremony on your chosen time/date. Registrar fees are payable via the local registry office.

We advise booking a group allocation of bedrooms for the exclusive use of your guests enabling them to book their accommodation directly with the hotel at a discounted rate.
A special wedding discount of £10 is applicable to our standard bedroom tariff. Our room rates are based on 2 adults sharing a room and are inclusive of full English breakfast. It is not compulsory to book bedrooms when booking your wedding at the hotel.
