• GENERALLY VIBRATOR HAVE 4000CYCLE/MIN.• DIA OF VIBRATOR NEEDLE HAVE 60MM.

Slump test have some appratus- 1. mould- Bottom dia 20cm & upper dia 10cm Height 30cm 2. tamping rod 16mm dia & length 60cm In slump test material have filled in 4 layer. Each layer tamping 25th times.

• CUBE USED TO CHECK THE COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE

• SIZE OF CUBE 15CM ×15CM ×15CM• AFTER 28 DAYS CURING OF CUBE, FIXED IN

THE COMPRESSION MACHINE AND CHECK THE COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH.

OF SPAN TO RESIST THE SHEAR FORCE.(3NOS. 16MMØ @ LENGTH L/7)

PROVIDED VERTICAL STRRIPS AT 150MM C/C IN BEAM.

AFTER REINFORCEMENT USED THE CONCRETING PROCESS.
