Success is when the leaders you multiply go on to raise up leaders who also multiply leaders.

What Stops Us From Multiplying Leaders?

1. It’s hard work – usually not in our job description

2. It requires sacrificial generosity

3. It’s inconvenient – (it cuts down your workout time)

4. Potential leaders interrupt your life, they’re messy, they are a drain

5. We are convinced we need every leader in our church

Our Culture Inhibits us

Everyone is looking for relationships that- take no time and cost nothing

- someone who “picks up” every time we text, email, tweet, Facebook or call. (But for whom we don’t need to do the same)

“Google” Relationships – Don’t produce leaders! (Getting what you need when you need it - ASAP)

Leadership Development is an Investment that Pays Huge Dividends
