StoretheMultiProcessor™Compactonyourbenchtoporwithinakitchencupboard.Themotorbaseshouldbestoredonacleanflatsurfacewiththeprocessingbowlinposition.Alloftheattachmentscanbestoredwithintheprocessingbowl.Placetheprocessingblade(withprotectivecover)inpositionoverthespindlethenplaceintheslidingblades,thewhiskanddoughblade.Placethediskholderontopofthespindleandlockintoplacetheprocessingcover.Thetwofoodpusherscanbepositionedinthefeedtube.Thepowercordcanbestoredwithinthecordstorageatthebackofthemotorbase.

ChoppingForthebest,mostconsistentresults,youshouldtrytoprocesspiecesoffoodthatareapproximatelyequalinsize.Whenyoubreak,cutortearfoodintouniformpiecesbeforeyoubeginprocessing,thefinishedresultswillbemoreuniform.Moreconsistentprocessingresultsareachievediftheprocessingbowlisnotoverloaded.
MincingPre-cutmeatintocubesapproximately2cmsquare.
VegetablesWhenprocessingvegetablessuchasonions,peelandquarterorcutlargevegetablesintoeighths.
MixingThequantitiesthatcanbeprocessedwithintheprocessingbowlwillvarywiththedensityofthemixture.

Slicing, shredding and gratingCutallingredientstoasizethatfitscomfortablyintothefeedtube.Packthefeedtubeand,whileholdingfoodsteadyanduprightwiththefoodpusher,pressdownevenlyuntilallingredientsareslicedorshredded.Themorefirmlyyoupush,thethickertheslicesorshreds.Donotuseexcessiveforceoryoumaydamagethefoodprocessor.
