ARENA

The main building is comprised of 88,000 sq. ft, separated into two sections. The Multipurpose Room is

composed of 22,000 sq. ft. and is climate controlled with a concrete floor. With a capacity of over 1400

people, this venue is suitable for concerts, trade shows, fund raisers, pageants, auctions and more. Easy

loading and unloading through large overhead doors.

The remaining 66,000 sq . ft. make up the main arena and vending area. This sand and dirt footing arena

is 115' x 235' with an abundant amount of concrete space for your needs. Also available in this area is a

balcony, show/sale office, lounge, concession stand and restrooms. The entire space is heated in the

winter and cooled with exhaust fans in the summer. A great location for agricultural shows, trade shows,

conferences, concerts, and more! This area has a capacity of just over 3,800 people.

SAPP ARENA - ENCLOSED WARM UP ARENA

Sapp Arena, our enclosed warm up space, is 135'x175' with sand and dirt footing. This space is open and

very spacious, suitable for use all year around . This building is an added feature to all agricultural events.

HORSE BARNS

Four, unattached horse barns are located across from the main arena. There are 224 stalls throughout

the barns.

GRANDSTAND

The grandstand is a great venue for motorized events, concerts, and more. Bleacher seating wi"

accommodate 3,000. The track area may also be used for festival seating . A permanent concession

stand, rest rooms and security fence complete the grandstand area.

OPEN AIR BUILDINGS

There are five open air buildings. These buildings can accommodate events from livestock shows to car

shows.

RV HOOKUPS

CMEC offers full hookups for RVs and trailers. Over 500 spots are available and are provided on a first

come, first served basis. Spots include water and electric (April - November) and dump station.

PARKING

Over 1,200 spaces are available and easily accessible . Partitioned, per-event parking is also available.

Amenities Amenities available at CMEC include but are not limited to: sound, chairs, tables, lighting, show/sale

office, podium, stage, equipment, WiFi and more. Our knowledgeable staff can assist with any additional

needs such as catering , large stages, pipe and drape, heavy equipment, additional sound, party supplies
