a large bar and our own private Sunshine Restaurant. Located right next to the Ostbahnhof, accessible by all forms of public transport, with free private parking

right outside the door.

With a total floor space of 3,500 m² and 2,000 tonnes of fine sand, we can make your event dreams come true, whether it’s for a large or small group, from informal

Our Events Office is on hand to help you with a complete service for any type of event, from welcome drinks for your guests at a summer buffet, through

organising beach sport tournaments, to providing a complete framework programme, including booking hotels and free shuttle service. We are happy to provide you

Sand surface 450 m². Room height almost 5 m. Eye-catcher: our glowing Sunset Bar, which occupies almost the whole width of the room. The beach bar is the

heart of our venue, open every day for hedonists and sports-lovers to try our Sunshine gourmet specialities, sit and share a beer, a glass of wine or an exotic

cocktail, and to enjoy a little holiday moment at any time of year.

The Beach Bar provides that real »wow« factor for events of up to 200 people! Our high quality wooden tables and benches can be arranged and decorated to suit

any occasion: sophisticated and elegant for a dinner party, classic for a meeting, an extravagant stage or dance floor for a show or a party – or simply a relaxed beach

lounge with our deckchairs under the palm trees. Are you looking for the cheerful ambience of an Italian summer evening, or a luxury beach resort? Our decorations

and professional event technology will project the illumination perfectly!

Our Beach Bar can be booked exclusively for events. However, we can also screen off individually decorated sections of »private beach« for smaller groups who

don’t require the whole space, as well as serving drinks, providing finger food or designing a menu according to your preferences, and organising sporting and

entertainment highlights..

OUR BEACH HALL

Almost 13 m high. 1,200 m² of fine sand, warmed by underfloor heating: Our Beach Hall leaves (almost) no wish unfulfilled! Connected to the Beach Bar via

a staircase. Although it is located in the basement, the ceiling is so high that natural light enters through the windows: ideal for sporting events or large events

such as product presentations, incentives, meetings and conferences, right through to concerts. Also suitable for film and photo productions.

Day-to-day, the Beach Hall functions as our all-weather indoor sports arena, with its five professional indoor courts. For events, the space can be customised with

tables and chairs, equipped with stage and screen, or divided into separate areas. The high walls allow for striking decorations and effective branding. Looking for a really

stunning showpiece? You can even stage a trapeze act in here!

Enjoy the the most beautiful time of year in the most beautiful place in the world: it’s possible, and right in the middle of Munich. In good weather, use our 1,300 m²

outdoor beach, complete with deckchairs, hammocks and lounge chairs, to play sports on our three professional courts, celebrate, dance, listen to music, eat, drink and

enjoy the sun – or when it gets dark, to count the stars.

Suitable for any type of private or corporate event, our outdoor beach can be booked in its entirety or divided into separate and individually designed sections. It is

directly connected to the indoor Beach Bar and the Beach Hall by a covered terrace. Our outdoor beach has its own gourmet and bar area, catering only to outside

customers – for example, with an atmospheric beach barbecue.

Our tip: You can’t plan the weather – get that Sunshine Feeling now! With our »weather guarantee«, you can move your event in its entirety to the indoor beach,

right up until three days before it takes place (see »Venue rental«).
