Shame on us if we don’t try to work with the industry first - This is not where regulation is needed

Shame on the industry if they are aware of the problem and don’t change - That is when regulation is needed

What Didn’t work

when it is snowing

• Hold training during deer hunting

• Charge for training (numbers

drop fast). Only supervisors will

come.
