1. Use the T-25 Torx Bit to remove the fasteners from the 4 slots in the seat slider. This will separate the seat slider from the mechanism.

Upholstered Seat Dissassembly:

1. Flip seat upside down. Use flathead screwdriver to loosen plastic plug. Repeat 5 times.

2. Use flathead screwdriver to pry apart and completely remove plastic plug from seat. Repeat 5 times.

3. Remove upholstered seat from seat slider by hand. 4. Use actuator to loosen staples in fabric.

DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Product designed for disassembly in a reasonable time frame (5 minutes or less).

Base/Gas Lift:a. Remove base (1) by striking bottom side of gas lift cylinder with rubber mallet.b. Remove casters (3) from base, by hand.c. Remove gas lift (2) by striking mechanism with hammer.

Back:d. Flip chair upside down and remove 2 fasteners and nuts (5) and (6) from the back frame (4) using the AM- 10 bit.

Upholstered Seat:e. Flipseatupsidedown.Useflatheadscrewdriverto loosen plastic plug (10).f. Useflatheadscrewdrivertopryapartandcompletely remove plastic plug (10) from seat. Repeat 5 times.g. Remove upholstered seat from seat slider (20) by hand.h. Use actuator to loosen staples (11) in upholstery (9).i. Use pliers to completely remove all staples and allow fabric to come loose.j. Remove foam (8) from seat pan (7) by hand.

Arm:k. Use 30mm socket wrench adaptor to remove arm fastener (15). Repeat 2 times.l. UseflatheadorPhillipsscrewdrivertoremovearm plate (14) from seat slider (20). Must remove 2 screws (16).

Seat Slider:m. Use T-25 Torx Bit to remove the fasteners (19) and caps (18) from the 4 slots in the seat slider (20). Separate the seat slider from the mechanism (17).
