Was founded fifty years ago by MichaelPearce from his home ‘’Clover Leys’’ in Trentnear Sherborne as a Seeds and Agronomybusiness. Today, the family owned company retains itsindependence and continues to provideagronomic advice, certified seed and all inputsfor forage & crop production from our officelocated on the Marston Magna road just Northof Sherborne. Pearce Seeds services the agriculturalindustry in Dorset, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall& Wiltshire with an ever expanding servicethroughout the UK & Ireland. Disinfectants


Virocid is efficaciously assisting in the healthy cultivation of mush-room growing, by combating viruses such as Trichoderma SP, Verticiliumfungicola and Pseudomonas toolasii amongst others.Virocid is a tried and tested disinfectant based on quarternary ammoniumand aldehyde which can be used on all growing and harvesting equipment,trays, trolleys, buildings and vehicles. Virocid is extremely effective asvery low dilutions (0.25 – 0.75%) against ALL micro-organisms: bacteria,viruses and spores.

Virocid is not only effective in killing and preventing disease but, when ap-plied correctly, is safe:• For people (non-carcinogenic)• For equipment (non-corrosive)• For the environment (over 90% biodegradable)Virocid is suitable to be used for spraying, foaming, fogging without addingspecial agents and enhancers. Virocid can also be used in foot dips, wheeldips and as a truck spray.
