Organisation of Materials

How Materials are Organised

All materials in the library are shelved according to call numbers

Music materials have call numbers beginning with M, ML, and MT

M is for scores and recorded music

ML is for history and theory of music

MT is for study and teaching of music

Where Materials Are Located

Level 1 Chamber Music Scores, CDs, DVDs, RBR

materials are kept behind the Loans Desk Current Journals and Reference Books

Level 2 Scores, Miniature Scores, Oversize Scores Books, Bound Journals Collected Works
