ECHOES OF WINTER Do you want to let your talent shine? Do you want to support a great cause? If so, be a part of our Echoes of Winter Show! Auditions will take place on Dec. 17th, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at the Kanata Music Academy. All auditions include a 10$ fee. Q: Which instrument(s) are you currently learning?A: Piano
Q: How long have you been taking lessons?A: Currently in my third year
Q: Do you participate in any music related activities outside of lessons?A: Not currently but I would like to participate in my school band in the future.
Q: If you could learn another musical instrument, what would it be?A: I only prefer to play the piano.
Q: What is your favourite kind of music?A: I like all kinds of music from dance to rock and roll.
Q: What is your favourite book or movie or tv show?A: My favourite movie is the Peanuts Movie and I like to watch Amazing Race Canada on television.
Q: Please list some of your music related achievements.A: I enjoy playing music for people to listen to. I achieved a Bronze Medal Award from the Ottawa Music Academy.
Q: Please list a fun fact about yourself.A: I enjoy skiing on difficult black diamond runs at the local ski hills and my favourite foods are pizza and fettuccine alfredo.
Q: Which instrument(s) are you currently learning?A: Piano - the beginner books. I’m in Book Three.
Q: How long have you been taking lessons?A: 1 year.
Q: Do you participate in any music related activities outside of lessons?A: No.
Q: If you could learn another musical instrument, what would it be?A: Drums! I love to play the drums. I have drum sticks. Now I just need a set of drums!
Q: Who is your favourite singer? A: I like to listen and sing along with Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.
Q: What is your favourite book or movie or tv show?A: Book - Ordinary Mary’s Extraordinary Deed. Movie - Trolls. TV Show - Super 4 (Adventure series with Playmobil characters).
Q: Please list some of your music related achievements.A: I have performed in three mini recitals and two big recitals.
Q: Please list a fun fact about yourself.A: I am almost 7 years old and I can do 7 cartwheels in a row.
