Students took place in an opening ceremony representing countries from all around the world. They engaged in a number of activities including Canadian Softball, Newcombe Ball, and European Handball. The students had a fantastic day. Congratulations to our Touch Football Girls who defeated Scone Public School 6-5 in a drop off. The girls showed great team spirit and determination to win the game. We wish them all the best in the next game. Good luck to our zone athletes who are off to Singleton Heights tomorrow. We ask that you compete hard as safe, respectful, responsible citizens. Next week Year 5 students are going to Forster for the camp. We wish them all the very best and hope they challenge themselves and give their best efforts with all activities. Congratulations to all awards winners at the K-6 assembly yesterday. It was wonderful to see the different talents shown in a variety of key learning areas. Thanks to PJ for making an appearance. The Infants assembly for Kindergarten to Year 2 will start at approximately 12.50pm. K1/S will be performing a class item at this assembly. All parents & carers are warmly invited to attend.
