We will travel almost anywhere provided we secure a minimum booking of 4 faces. (NOTE: Special exceptions will be considered for smaller bookings on request and availability of artist) Please inquire. Accommodation is required for the artists should they be travelling 250km or further outside of Durban or for unique wedding ceremonies requiring an earlier than usual start. Our packages do include a R400 travel allocation. This covers travel in the greater Durban area including Ballito, Amamzimtoti and Hillcrest. Should travel be required beyond these areas, the fee is deducted and R4.50 per km is charged. BONUS – For travel further than 200km we now offer a flat rate. Kindly note travel fee covers, fuel, time, wear and tear and toll fees. A quote will be provided on request.
TRAVEL
(Allow 1 hour make-up only or 2 hours make-up & hair) It is advisable to book your trial 2/3 weeks prior to your wedding day. Trial bookings are available Mon – Fri between 8:30am – 4:30pm and are performed at our studio. (Note: should a trial be specifically requested on a Saturday, full bridal day hair and make-up rates will apply). Please arrive with clean dry hair and well moisturized skin. You are encouraged to bring images of hair and make-up ideas you have saved.
THE TRIAL
Having seen how often a few necessities are forgotten about, we have designed a nifty touch-up kit that contains all the essentials including a Kryolan powder, lip-gloss, Kryolan lipstick, mini brush set, tissues, safety pins, breath mints, extra hairclips, mirror and sponge presented in a cosmetic bag. This is given to you on the day of the wedding and ensures your makeup and hair will have great staying power. (Please note: the kit is included in all packages booked).
TOUCH-UP KIT
OUR KITS KRYOLAN offers camera fr iendly f inish, daylong comfort, expert coverage, is completely hyper allergenic and the most extensive foundation range (64 shades) available worldwide. It is suitable for all skin types. We also offer the full Airbrush range which is the new desired application technique. KRYOLAN KZN is now open @ 319 Windermere Road, La Lucia Mall, Pavilion and Gateway.
MEET & GREET(Allow 30 minutes) This is a great option for clients who would rather only meet with their artist to discuss their needs. Allow 30 minutes. During this meeting every detail of your wedding day preparation will be discussed and noted. Meet & Greet appointments can be made Monday to Friday between 9am-4pm at our studios.
TO BOOK Step 1 - Fill in and return the booking form contract attached to this documentStep 2 - Once your booking has been reviewed, you can expect an email from our studio, provisionally booking your wedding day. (Please allow 1 week for this)Step 3 - To confirm the booking and artist, we require a deposit to be paid within 1 week and proof thereof to be sent through via email to [email protected] 4 - Once we have received this proof, your booking is then 100% secured in our bridal diary
TO CANCEL (including a Trial and or a wedding day booking)Please note that only written cancellations will be accepted via email. This must be done no less than 60 days prior to the date of your wedding to ensure we can refund your deposit fee in full. Failing to notify us of a cancellation less than 60 days prior to a confirmed booking will result in a 50% of the package fee being retained. Please note that should a trial booking not be honored, the client will incur 50% of the trial fee being charged. Changes to a trial need to be made telephonically no less than 24 hours prior to the original trial booking.
PACKAGE OPTIONS Rates current – 28 February 2019Annual increase effective from 1 March 2019 (8% increase)We offer you the best of our services designed to suit your style, bridal party size and budget. Packages are fully inclusive, however you can custom design your own package. Please note that a travel out service will require a minimum of 4 hair and or make-ups booked. For in studio bookings individual rates as per below will be charged. Our packages include Western, Eastern and Ethnic options. The Hair and Make-Up Packages include: Bridal Hair & Make-up trial, hair & make-up applications on the wedding day, travel to venue (in Durban and surrounds), touch-up kit and assistant fee where necessary.
TO PAY Step 1 - Please pay a deposit within 1 week of receiving our confirmation email and send proof thereof.Step 2 - You will be issued a final invoice at your trial, or emailed an invoice the week of your wedding.Step 3 - Full payment is expected the week prior to the wedding day.Step 4 - Please note only EFT, cash and credit card payments are accepted.
