Employment• Each crew member will get a link to an employer

• Option to create and attach employment contracts

• Option to create Confirmation of employment related to a sailing period

Personal data• Next-of-kin: multiple addresses will be possible

instead of only 1 address. Also relationship type will be added.

• Closest airport can be chosen

• Additional fields: marital status, fiscal number, calculated age, banking details

Evaluations• Possible to create evaluation templates

• Rating per item: calculated rating based at filled values + given weight per item

Education• When adding, only an item can be chosen from

the defined templates

• Added fields per entry: STCW department & level, limitation, country of origin

• Possible to create relations between education entries. (example Certificate of Competence with a Dutch ratification

PlanningPlanning will be extended with:

• Recurring planning• Check for validity for rank• Date & time sign on / sign off• Calculated days on board• Custom configurable fields can be added

Safe manning (1)

• List with ranks will be extended with STCW details

• Manage minimal crew based on safemanning certificate

• Add for each rank the minimum needededucation items

• Check if ship complies to safe manning

• Check for planning <> safe manning(current & future planning!)

• Check for crew member <> safe manning

• Register default working hours per rank• Crew can register the working hours per day

Automatic calculation with check for:• Minimum continuous rest in any 24 hours period• Minimum rest in 24 hours• Minimum rest in 7 days
